At this time, I have been contacted directly by Canvas People regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They sent me an e-mail saying that my picture was too low resolution, even though when I first ordered it there wasn't a problem with the resolutionThen, I requested to cancel my order; they didn't respondOn October **, they sent me another e-mail (attached) which said that they had a new technology that would make my photo a better resolution for printingThis e-mail also said that it was sent to productionI still have not received a refund or my canvas In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

After reading so many negative reviews, I was sorry I placed an order with Canvaspeople before checkingI had a promo code for an 11xcanvas print for a spectacular priceI received it today, less than one week from the time I ordered itIt is beautiful and I cannot wait to hang it up! I would use this company again without hesitation

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: It is apparent that Canvas People do not value customer service.This is the standard response I have been sent multiple times and the same [redacted] link to the return policy, but I find it hard to believe that their "high volume" amount of orders make it impossible to cancel a request an hour after it having it placed or before payment is even processedWhat is even more frustrating is they continue to only respond via email and not having a direct number to speak with someone/manager What it means is that Canvas People is only in it for the cash grab and could care less about their customer or quality as long as they get their cash Their phone number is a fraud which doesn't connect and only further conveys that they try to hard behind their site instead of conducting quality customer service In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Similar to other reviews, it takes weeks upon weeks to receive your product from this companyMy order claims that it is complete but I have not received itIt's been over a month and my card was already chargedContacting anyone in customer support is impossibleYou will not speak with anyone directlyThey will not respond to emails, phone calls, or any other meansI will not do business with them again and I strongly recommend that others do not either

Hello again,The preview provided in our email communication with the customer as well as to the Revdex.com for their consideration is the same preview that was approved by the customer when the order was placedAs previously explained it would not have been possible for the top of the child's head to not be wrapped over the top portion of the canvas with the photo that was provided to usThis can easily be exemplified by taking the photo that was provided to us, uploading it to our website, and reviewing the options available in terms of positioning the image within the 11xpreview.The request for a refund does not meet the requirements as per our Return PolicyNo refund or free replacement can or will be offeredWe apologize again for any confusion or inconvenience

Horrific Their website does not work properly and I've written times to ask a question and have never gotten an answerThey do not give a phone number and you cannot get helpI purchased vouchers for pictures and cannot use them If you check reviews you would never deal with this company

Thank you for contacting us Before responding to this complaint we reached out to our customer to review the situation as we had no record of any emailsUpon reviewing the customer's canvas and the photo she provided for printing we found that what [redacted] found to be unsatisfactory actually existed in the photo provided for printingCanvasPeople does not make any changes to customers' photos when they are submitted for printing unless a special effect or touis purchased with their order, which in this case had not been done The image the customer uploaded for their order is a photo of a painting, in which the flash created glares on the painting and uneven lightingThe glares in the photo are the areas in which there was "missing ink/paint" as [redacted] described it, and the uneven lighting is what resulted in one side of the canvas print appearing lighter than the otherAttached to our response here is the image that was submitted to us for printing with the customer's order As per our Return Policy we are unable to offer a refund or a free replacement because the issues exist in the image received for printingA discounted replacement was offered to [redacted] , which she declined We have allotted the customer days to take advantage of our offer for a discounted replacement should she change her mind Best regards, [redacted]

They stated that not long after I placed my order, they sent me an email stating that my picture wasn't good quality and a link to reupload a different picture. I told them I didn't receive the email so they sent it again. I'm going to upload a better quality picture and see if maybe this time I will receive my order. Never received my order and cannot contact this company, all phone lines are out of service, emails and phone messages left are never returned

If I could give Canvaspeople.com zero stars I would! One of the worst sites! I Ordered a canvas as a gift for my mother, shipping was supposed to occur within 5-7 business days. I sent MULTIPLE emails to MULTIPLE people trying to track down my package, a month and a half later I received an email back stating I would need to resubmit my order it was "lost" although my credit card had already been charged!! So, when I resubmitted it took another 2 weeks to receive the canvas, and MY CARD WAS CHARGED AGAIN!!!!! Outraged, I sent even more emails than before (with no response) its been 2 months and I continue to attempt to contact them just for the principal. There is NO CONTACT NUMBER, they want all contact through email and never respond? I WILL *NEVER [redacted] *EVER [redacted] *EVER [redacted] order from this site again. What a joke!
