Horrible to do business withOn August **, I purchased vouchers through Myrtle Beach Deal Savers to transferring my photos to canvas printsI was supposed to upload my photos to the Canvas People Sweet Jack site to order the product
They will not answer emails
There is no number to contact them
I tried the ###-###-#### number on the charge – they are just a collection agency
I checked with the Revdex.com and they have had complaints in years

Problem #1: I have tried a dozen times to do this and the site does not allow completion I emailed the company through their “Help” link, and have NEVER received a reply
Problem #2: The voucher says to click on ***and enter your code Once you do that you cannot complete an order because their site is not working properlyThe expand screen button in the upper left is not highlighted so the screen won’t expand
Problem #3: The site says one of my vouchers has a “Error: voucher code” (voucher ***) and can’t be used
Problem #4: I was able, in one instance, to download my picture, but could not continue because there is NO scroll down on the right side of the screen to continue with an orderWhat you see in picture is as far as the screen will expand and you cannot go to the next stepPushing “Enter” does nothing
Anyone who looks up this company before buying from them, will not purchase anythingI made the mistake of checking after the fact

I received my Canvas from The Cavas People days after filling my complaintIt was absolutely beautiful and also given a coupon for future use thank you

received an email from Canvas People on 9/**/saying I had a transaction refund of $I appreciate the refund but dislike the fact that I had to file a complaint an order to receive itThey need to have a contact person and someone to answer the phones besides an email address for communication, that they don't even respond to!

The company finally emailed me back and what they told you is not the same reason they gave in their response to meTo you they said it wasn't the lighting and in the email to me they said it was in the brush strokesIn either case they are both incorrect as I've had this painting printed on canvas before from a different company and had no problems at allThis company is a bunch of scammersIf you don't believe me look at the reviews for this company I wish I had before purchasing.

1) "We do not provide a phone number on our website as email is the fastest and most efficient method of communication at this timePlease note that the customer service number given on packing slips is an active phone number." Wrong! A phone is the most efficient method and would be a lot more efficient if your number ###-###-#### actually connected to someone or at least something Don't try to make an excuse that your fastest approach is email when you are trying to hide behind being directly responsible for awful customer service There is no way your business is busy all year round as you have negative reviews on your service throughout all times during the year.2) "The order is not eligible for a refund or free replacements as we have mentioned and explained several timesSignificantly discounted replacements have been offered, as a courtesy, and the customer has refused to acceptWe apologize that they do not find the resolution to be satisfactory." Significantly discounted replacement have not been offered as I was required to pay an additional $to replace the photos bringing my total well over $100! In no case is paying more a satisfactory resolution especially being the only communication Canvas People will have with me is over Revdex.com and no one will pick up the phone to call PATHETIC!!I am glad all of this is being recorded as others can see how poor Canvas People's customer services practices really are.Customer Servicere]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved I never received an offer for an upgrade Just a response saying that they would look into what they could do for me if anything...However, very shortly after my complaint to you at the Revdex.com, they finally responded back to me to let me know that they were refunding me I think it was prompted finally by my complaint My response to them is that they really should have a number to speak to an actual person This should help in resolving issues faster and more efficiently It seems that they have had quite a few complaints from other people with the same or different issues and this should prompt them to change the way that they handle issues It is just good business

We have reviewed this complaint along with the customer's order and email communications, and found that the request for a replacement and/or refund does not meet the requirements of our Return PolicyAs advertised on our website our canvases are gallery wrapped, meaning that the photos printed
on the canvas material wrap around the sides of the canvas printThe photo that was provided to us by the customer does not have enough space at the top of it to account for the gallery wrapping without wrapping the top of the baby's headShould you visit our website to upload the customer's photo and select the same size of an 11xstandard wrap print, you will see that it is not possible for the baby's head to have not been wrapped over the top, or for the image to have been "centered" We have attached the photo that was provided to us for printing along with the preview the customer had approved when the order was placed, as well as a photograph of the canvas the customer receivedAs you can see the canvas was printed and wrapped to match the approved preview.We require that all customers manually check a box that states they approve of the wrapping and all other options selectedCustomers cannot proceed in the order process without confirming they approve.We would be happy to offer the customer a new canvas for the same promotional pricingPlease have them contact our Customer Service team if they wish to take advantage of this offer.If we can provide any additional information for your consideration on this claim please let us knowThank you.”Attached to this email are the files which were to be included with my responsePlease advise ASAPThank you!

I think you should not promote this company! They are BAD!!!! I paid dollars to get my package quickly And here we are a week later with no package! They never sent the package to *** Also there is no phone number to contact them They sure took my money and there is no way other then an email to reach them!

[Your Answer Here]They are liars and scam artists If they had an issue with the image they should have contacted me prior to printingIt says on the website that they will alert the customer if the image is an issue Any reasonable person would do a quality checkAlso, it's not just the "glare", the whole product is completely faded and the colors are not even close to the photo It's so light that what should be bright colors look like faded pastelsHorrible company.
