I received an email from the company telling me that the photo I used could not be processed.  Then another email saying it could.  Then a third which said that the one that said it could be used was a mistake.  At this point I have asked them for a refund for that part of the order as I don't want to send in a new picture, because I don't believe that they will process it or get the print to me in a timely manner.
I have not heard back from them yet after asking for the refund.

They charged me for shipping and I never got my product I ordered. It's a complete scam. Wish I would have read the reviews first.

I placed this order for an 11x14 canvas print and it came out terrible. When I received the product it was terrible quality and the picture was out of focus and pixelated. I called Canvas People to speak to a rep and they told me that since my canvas was "free" and I only paid $18 for shipping and handling there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer service! I would like my money back.

Our dog passed away last week. I ordered a canvas print of him from Canvas People. I later read the reviews which was the backwards way of doing things. I wouldn't have ordered from Canvas People if I ha done my homework. However, my canvas was shipped in just a few days, and great packaging. My husband opened it and absolutely loved it. It is beautiful! I see no imperfections at all! I think maybe the company must have taken notice to the multiple awful reviews. They will absolutely receive my next purchase in April! Thanks Canvas People for creating a lasting memory!

If I could give Canvaspeople.com zero stars I would! One of the worst sites! I Ordered a canvas as a gift for my mother, shipping was supposed to occur within 5-7 business days. I sent MULTIPLE emails to MULTIPLE people trying to track down my package, a month and a half later I received an email back stating I would need to resubmit my order it was "lost" although my credit card had already been charged!! So, when I resubmitted it took another 2 weeks to receive the canvas, and MY CARD WAS CHARGED AGAIN!!!!! Outraged, I sent even more emails than before (with no response) its been 2 months and I continue to attempt to contact them just for the principal. There is NO CONTACT NUMBER, they want all contact through email and never respond? I WILL *NEVER**EVER**EVER* order from this site again. What a joke!

Review: In February of 2015, I purchased a $50 gift card as a birthday present for my sister-in-law. When she went to use the gift card a few months later, the Canvas People online ordering system would not accept the card. She contacted Canvas People numerous times before the finally responded that they no longer accept their own gift cards, and that she would need to order on another website to redeem the gift card. However, she was expected to pay for the order, any extra charges, and would not receive the same products that are offered on the Canvas People website. This is not a satisfactory solution to this problem--at this point, a refund to my credit card should have been issued, but it was not--nor was it offered. Every response she has received has been via e-mail, with MULTIPLE weeks of wait time between each reply. We have not been able to find a contact phone number for the company, or we would have called them by now. I recently involved myself with Canvas People to try and resolve this issue, but I have received NO reply from them regarding the gift card.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for my $50 that is just GONE at this point. I want someone from Canvas People to contact me personally, BY PHONE, to resolve this issue immediately. I do not believe my requests are unreasonable, and I am furious at the way we have been treated. Any other company would have dealt with this long ago, but we are closing in on A YEAR of having this problem, and I am sick and tired of it.

Review: The product purchased, an 8x10 photo on canvas print, has been in "Processing" for over a month (since November [redacted], today being December [redacted]). I've contact the company no less than five times and they have not responded.Desired Settlement: Full refund of shipping and handling fees, as well as a full refund of the groupon.

Review: I ordered the same picture on the same day 11/**/15. I received one picture and then I received a picture that did not belong to me. I contacted the person who owned the picture in NJ. She contacted me back that she received hers to throw that picture out. I have sent several emails to this company, they respond after a week or two but do not resolve the issue. I have one order under [redacted] and [redacted], one was paid by [redacted] and the other by [redacted]. They say they only see one order and they were given emails addresses and all order numbers. They owe me one picture or $29.24. Citi s a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like the picuture or the money.

[redacted]Hi,Canvas People responded to my email a few weeks ago stating they found my order number and they were going to send out the product asap. That never happened so on I contacted [redacted] which I made my payment on of 29.24 and requested a refund. I was told I have to wait 10 days. I am not sure if that is 10 days or business days but I do not expect Canvas People to respond. I will let you know when I receive my payment from [redacted]. Thank you

Review: On November **, 2013, I placed an order online for a 20x30 Canvas as a Christmas present for my in-laws. I uploaded the photograph I wanted to use and it displayed on the website before I confirmed the purchase of the canvas. During this time, there was nothing stating that there was anything wrong with the photograph I uploaded for the canvas. The order was placed and I received a confirmation order #[redacted]. The amount charged to my credit card was $41.95. I did not hear anything once the order was purchases so I was under the impression that everything was fine.

On late Sunday night, December *, 2013, I just so happened to check my junk folder on my email and came across an email from the Canvas People stating there was an issue with my order. When I opened it, it stated I needed to upload a new photo in order to get my canvas because the one I submitted was too low of a resolution. The date on that email was November **, 2013. I immediately went to the website in attempts to contact them regarding my order to see if there was a telephone number I could use to call them in the morning since it was too late in the evening. On Monday, December *, 2013, I went to the Canvas People website again and sent an email regarding my order. I received an automated response stating they would contact me between 1-2 business days. I also searched for a telephone number, but could not find one.

I came home Monday night and spoke to my husband regarding the issue with the canvas. He was able to search and find 2 different telephone numbers for the Canvas People. The first number I tried was no longer in service. The other telephone number had me on hold for over 10 minutes and then was finally able to leave a message. I have yet to have any sort of response from the company. I've left voice messages and numerous email messages and have received nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned in full to my credit card since they did not produce my product and have yet to respond to any of my inquiries. I would like the $41.95 returned back onto my Visa Credit Card.

Due to the high volume of orders and inquiries it has taken us slightly

longer than usual to get back to our customers and we apologize for any

inconvenience this may have caused.

We received initial contact from the customer on 12/*/13, and were able to get back to them on 12/**/13 on which date we informed them that we had canceled and refunded the order, as per their request. If this transaction is not showing as completed on the customer's account, we advise them to contact their bank or credit card company as the transaction has completed on our end and we are no longer in possession of the funds.

Review: I ordered purchased a deal offered through [redacted] for a canvas through Canvas People. Once purchased I went to Canvas People and ordered. I received the canvas 2 weeks later but I had no idea who the people were in the photo. I went and back to the site to assure that I sent the picture I thought. It was of my son and his girlfriend. The canvas I received was clearly not my son and his girlfriend. They were much older. I went to their site to get a phone number and there was no number provided. I could only email. I received a response back in a couple of days and they said they would look into it. A couple days later I received another email asking me to take a photo of the canvas I received. I did that and emailed it to them the following day. They got back to me and said that they would look into it and see if there was anything they could do. It is now over a month and they will not get back to me. I told them I wanted a refund as it was a gift that I was supposed to give to someone a month ago and now that time has passed. I needed to go out and purchase a replacement gift at the last minute. They are no longer responding to my emails. [redacted] was notified and they gave me $10 to use on their site which was nice and all but I think that Canvas People should have responded to me by now with a refund. The total I spent with them with shipping was not much.. Only about $17 or so but it is more the principal of it all. Business is business and if you can't provide good customer service, you should not be allowed to keep on running. I am seeing now that there are many people with complaints about this same company and I regret purchasing anything through them. I want it to go on record that I am yet another issue for them. I understand mistakes are made. It happens.. but at least fix it when there is a mistake.Desired Settlement: I have asked them numerous times for a refund. I told them that if they look at the photo of the canvas I received it looks nothing like the photo that I requested. It should be cut and dry.. no question. I have yet to get an actual response since...

After receiving the customer's email regarding the incorrect product received, we began our replacement process. Shortly after beginning the replacement process we offered the customer a free upgrade to a larger print for the inconvenience. Due to a high volume of inquiries there was a delay in updating the customer about the status of the replacement. When the customer received our offer for the upgrade she requested a refund instead due to the amount of time the process was taking. As per her request, a refund was processed. Again, due to the high volume of inquiries this took a bit longer to communicate to our customer after the refund was processed.

At this time the customer's order has been refunded as per their request. We apologize again for any inconvenience.

I never received an offer for an upgrade.. Just a response saying that they would look into what they could do for me if anything...However, very shortly after my complaint to you at the Revdex.com, they finally responded back to me to let me know that they were refunding me. I think it was prompted finally by my complaint. My response to them is that they really should have a number to speak to an actual person. This should help in resolving issues faster and more efficiently. It seems that they have had quite a few complaints from other people with the same or different issues and this should prompt them to change the way that they handle issues. It is just good business.

Review: I received a canvas of a photo of my husband and I. His head is chopped off in the photo. They will not answer emails and I cannot get through on the phone. :(Desired Settlement: I want either my money back or a corrected canvas. It was a gift that I needed for this weekend and that got ruined.

Review: I accepted a special offer regarding this company. Their offer was if you pay for s/h of $18.95, they would print a 11x14 canvas print for free. I submitted a picture and it was a low resolution so they sent me an e-mail to submit another photo, which I did. I paid the $18.95 through mu credit card. After submitting the 2nd photo, a charge of $69.99 was charged to my credit card. I have sent them numerous e-mails with no response at all. On my CC statement, the following phone number was listed. ###-###-#### ~ This number always rings busy and there's no way to get to an actual person to talk too. I've sent at least 12 or more messages per their website, stating they would get back to me within 48 hours. I have had no response and it's been over 9 days now. I am very unhappy . Just to be able to talk to a person would be nice.

xDesired Settlement: I want to speak with a person and I want $69.99 credited back on my credit card. I accepted an offer but did NOT agree to this charge. Being unable to speak with an actual person and no e-mail response in totally unacceptable. Just send my my canvas print and refund my $69.99 charge. I want this to be resolved but I can't get anywhere with this company and will not recommend them too any of my friends or family. I just want this company to make this right !!

Review: We paid for Canvas's back in October and have not received anything. They company is not reachable and they have a different phone number online and in their emails. They do not answer the numerous emails and voicemails we have left and refuse to give us back our money.

By fair the worst customer service experience I have had with any business. Totally unprofessional and no way to directly speak with anyone at their business. Their only line of communication is through email and send you bogus links to their policies on their website. Please take your business elsewhere as this company is a complete cash grab and do not appreciate a customers business.

Please don't only take my word for it look at all the negative reviews about this company and their process and the decision should be an easy one.

Review: I placed an order, my credit card was charged and I never received my order. I have sent several emails to Customer Support and have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered, as it was a gift for Christmas and I would like a full refund for Express shipping.

Review: I ordered 1 20x30 canvas and 2 16x20 canvases on 8/** for a total of $95.65. Every time I check the status of my order it states "[redacted]" Mine is still in production. There is no phone number to contact them and the numbers I do find are disconnected.
