Review: I ordered a canvas that was supposed to be a 16x20, Instead, it was an 11x14. I have tried emailing the company several times and gotten no response. There is not a working phone number to call.Desired Settlement: I would to receive the canvas that I ordered in the correct size. I also feel that I should be given a credit to make a future purchase so that maybe I will have a positive experience with this company.

Review: I placed in order with Canvas People back on September *,2015 it was for an 11x14 Canvas. I was told it would be delivered in 10 days.Today is September **,2015 I have not received anything. I have tried to contact them by phone which seems to be disconnected and by email but it seems they just send the same email to everyone which does not even answer my questions. Please help me to get my canvasDesired Settlement: I believe that the business should fulfill my order ASAP.

I received my Canvas from The Cavas People days after filling my complaint. It was absolutely beautiful and also given a coupon for future use thank you.

Review: On November [redacted], I ordered two picture canvases from this company. I have checked on this order daily, as their promise was to deliver my order within 12 days. It is now day 15 and despite my sending them several messages on [redacted], leaving comments on their [redacted] page and sending them 3 e-mails, my order is still "processing" and I am unable to get any sort of response from them. I do note that they continually send emails and post on [redacted] regarding sale after sale, but don't seem to be responsive to their customers other then to ask them to send them an e-mail, [redacted] message, which I have done repeatedly.

I see there are many, many complaints online regarding this company.Desired Settlement: I simply want the canvases that I've ordered and already paid for. They didn't seem to hesitate to take my money, but refuse to respond to any sort of communication regarding the whereabouts of my order.

Review: I placed an order back in Aug. It stated it would be shipped within 5 business days. I kept checking the status. Finally, it read that I needed to send a new picture in and it would be moved to the top of the orders due to inconvenience. I have done so, along with several emails. I only get an automated email response, but this so called company has my money.

Review: I ordered a canvas print on 9/*/15 with an expected time for delivery within 10-12 days per their site. My order was placed and has been in a "pending processing" status since. I have attempted to contact the only number I could find for the company to get a busy signal no matter when I call. I have filled out the online contact form, no response. I have emailed their status email address, no response. Contacted them on [redacted], no response. Contacted them via [redacted] messaging, no response. Posted to their [redacted] timeline twice, both posts were DELETED! The company has my credit card information and will not contact me regarding fulfilling or canceling the orderDesired Settlement: The company needs to fulfill my order or cancel it. I cannot order more prints from somewhere else if this company may come back in a week and charge my credit card and mail two prints.

Review: I have placed two seperate orders each for two canvas each. All the pictures were from the same photographer. The order for two 8x10s I received a e mail requesting a new picture. I was confused because this was only a 8x10 and I placed a order for two 11x14s and did not recieve a request for a new picture for that order. Regardless I tried to upload a new photo several times. It would not allow me to do so. So, I called and called and called. I have called at least 15 times and every single time same story. They put you on hold for ten mins and the a recording comes on stating they will get back with you. I have never heard from anyone! I had also sent 3 e mails that I have still no response to. I am in shock how some company can completely ignore every phone call and e mail. I have never dealt with anything like this before. I have ordered these for Christmas presents and not one thing has shipped out yet. Even though I was promised delivery before Christmas. So here I sit with all the money for all four canvas taken out (charged for) and not one single product or response to my over a dozen attempts.Desired Settlement: I would like for someone to call me ASAP and would like all my orders completed and over night shipped. I was promised before Christmas delivery and I want it. Now these four people are going to think I didn't get them anything when I paid in full and have been dealing with this for weeks! If that can not be done I want a full refund and [redacted] to call me.

Review: I was emailed an offer from this company for getting free 11 x 14 canvas prints as long as you pay for shipping. I ordered 2, and a third canvas print in a different size on a separate order. I paid for one order by debit card, the other by credit card. I have been charged already on both cards. I received an email telling me that the resolution was low and that I needed to submit new pictures in order for my order to process. I have used another company before so I know the pictures print fine on canvas. I responded to the email telling them to contact me and that I either wanted the 3 pictures I submitted to be printed or that I wanted a full refund. I never heard back and received yet another automated email saying the same thing. So I responded yet again, no reply. Then I received another email saying it was a final notice, email was still automated. I responded a third time. I still have yet to hear back whether it be by email or phone call. If you aren't going to print the photos I selected, then I want my money back. They need to respond to their own emails they send out!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for both orders so I can use that money to purchase a gift elsewhere.
