I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

It is apparent that Canvas People do not value customer service.This is the standard response I have been sent multiple times and the same ** link to the return policy, but I find it hard to believe that their "high volume" amount of orders make it impossible to cancel a request an hour after it having it placed or before payment is even processed. What is even more frustrating is they continue to only respond via email and not having a direct number to speak with someone/manager.  What it means is that Canvas People is only in it for the cash grab and could care less about their customer or quality as long as they get their cash.  Their phone number is a fraud which doesn't connect and only further conveys that they try to hard behind their site instead of conducting quality customer service.

Never received my order and cannot contact this company, all phone lines are out of service, emails and phone messages left are never returned.

In reference to complaint ID [redacted], the Canvas People contacted me not long after I filed the original complaint with you, and finally processed my refund.  The matter has been resolved.  It's a shame that it took filing a complaint...

as a means to bring attention to the issue and bring about a resolution in the first place.

Hello,Thank you for allowing us to address this complaint.This order was cancelled and refunded prior to this complaint as per the customer's request. Our customer service team had responded to the customer's email to confirm this cancellation. If the refund has not been posted to...

the customer's account they will need to reach out to their bank or credit card company as the funds show as being successfully returned.

Horrific. Their website does not work properly and I've written 3 times to ask a question and have never gotten an answer. They do not give a phone number and you cannot get help. I purchased 5 vouchers for 5 pictures and cannot use them. If you check reviews you would never deal with this company.

The information provided in our previous response is true and accurate. [redacted] is correct in stating that we did share with her we believed that the white areas were due to the paint not taking, and that the brushstrokes were very visible in the image she provided for printing, but upon closer review of the uploaded image we found that the white areas were glare from the flash on the paint.
Attached to our response is a photo of the customer's canvas and the image provided by the customer for printing, for your comparison and consideration. You will also find our email correspondence with the customer attached here as a PDF.
CanvasPeople stands by its products and will readily replace or refund any canvas with an issue or error that occurred internally. We are happy to work with [redacted] to provide a discounted replacement canvas as a courtesy, but we are unable to offer a free replacement or a refund as the request for such does not meet the guidelines in our Return Policy. As previously stated the offer for the discounted replacement is open to our customer for 30 days.

If I could give Canvaspeople.com zero stars I would! One of the worst sites! I Ordered a canvas as a gift for my mother, shipping was supposed to occur within 5-7 business days. I sent MULTIPLE emails to MULTIPLE people trying to track down my package, a month and a half later I received an email back stating I would need to resubmit my order it was "lost" although my credit card had already been charged!! So, when I resubmitted it took another 2 weeks to receive the canvas, and MY CARD WAS CHARGED AGAIN!!!!! Outraged, I sent even more emails than before (with no response) its been 2 months and I continue to attempt to contact them just for the principal. There is NO CONTACT NUMBER, they want all contact through email and never respond? I WILL *NEVER**EVER**EVER* order from this site again. What a joke!

Hello again,The preview provided in our email communication with the customer as well as to the Revdex.com for their consideration is the same preview that was approved by the customer when the order was placed. As previously explained it would not have been possible for the top of the child's head to not be wrapped over the top portion of the canvas with the photo that was provided to us. This can easily be exemplified by taking the photo that was provided to us, uploading it to our website, and reviewing the options available in terms of positioning the image within the 11x14 preview.The request for a refund does not meet the requirements as per our Return Policy. No refund or free replacement can or will be offered. We apologize again for any confusion or inconvenience.

directly by Canvas People regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 
 I received my canvas however half of the picture was cut off. I again contacted the company requesting a reprint and as of 10/** received an e mail stating that a new one is being printed and shipped. As of 10/** I haven't received the new canvas and will not consider this problem resolved until I receive the product that I ordered to my satisfaction.

After reading so many negative reviews, I was sorry I placed an order with Canvaspeople before checking. I had a promo code for an 11x14 canvas print for a spectacular price. I received it today, less than one week from the time I ordered it. It is beautiful and I cannot wait to hang it up! I would use this company again without hesitation.

After receiving the customer's email regarding the incorrect product received, we began our replacement process. Shortly after beginning the replacement process we offered the customer a free upgrade to a larger print for the...

inconvenience. Due to a high volume of inquiries there was a delay in updating the customer about the status of the replacement. When the customer received our offer for the upgrade she requested a refund instead due to the amount of time the process was taking. As per her request, a refund was processed. Again, due to the high volume of inquiries this took a bit longer to communicate to our customer after the refund was processed.
At this time the customer's order has been refunded as per their request. We apologize again for any inconvenience.
