The business has contacted me stating that they are refunding the that was charged, but are still making me pay the 20$ in shipping for the canvas that I didn't order I still have not received the LJ eye though

I just ordered Dec2016...and loved the quality and received my order within a week....I am sure people have had a bad experience as stated, and I was hesitant to order from them, but I am really happy with the final product

Received a box from this company but I never ordered anything. And it’s a picture on my husbands Facebook account not mine...confused. Who ordered this?

Canvas People refuses to answer my questions about an order placed on November [redacted], 2015, over a month ago. I have emailed 5 times and have been unsuccessful contacting them by phone. The length of processing time and terrible customer service make this a business I will never use and do not recommend.

People being closed due to the company not responding to your written attempts. I am emailing to inform you that I finally received my order on December [redacted].The company emailed me on December [redacted] asking whether I wanted a refund or if I wanted them to send out my final canvas, so it seems that they didn't know that they finally sent out my order either. Regardless, I finally received my whole order and am glad to be through the ordeal.If you require any further assistance in the matter or need any assistance from me, please let me know. I truly appreciate your help. I submitted my order back in August and am just glad to be done with that company. Thank you,

shipping to have an item received by a given time and they didn't even finish processing it until after I should have received it. Received within 10-12 business days is NOT 20 business days later.Sincerely,

Before responding to this complaint we reached out to our customer to review the situation as we had no record of any emails. Upon reviewing the customer's canvas and the photo she provided for printing we found that what [redacted] found to be unsatisfactory...

actually existed in the photo provided for printing. CanvasPeople does not make any changes to customers' photos when they are submitted for printing unless a special effect or touch-up is purchased with their order, which in this case had not been done.
The image the customer uploaded for their order is a photo of a painting, in which the flash created glares on the painting and uneven lighting. The glares in the photo are the areas in which there was "missing ink/paint" as [redacted] described it, and the uneven lighting is what resulted in one side of the canvas print appearing lighter than the other. Attached to our response here is the image that was submitted to us for printing with the customer's order.
As per our Return Policy we are unable to offer a refund or a free replacement because the issues exist in the image received for printing. A discounted replacement was offered to [redacted], which she declined.
We have allotted the customer 30 days to take advantage of our offer for a discounted replacement should she change her mind.

because:
They sent me an e-mail saying that my picture was too low resolution, even though when I first ordered it there wasn't a problem with the resolution. Then, I requested to cancel my order; they didn't respond. On October **, they sent me another e-mail (attached) which said that they had a new technology that would make my photo a better resolution for printing. This e-mail also said that it was sent to production. I still have not received a refund or my canvas.

I've placed 5 or 6 orders in the last 5mo. I'm delighted with the quality, the price is reasonable, and shipment time is about 1-2 weeks. I'm deciding which picture(s) I want next. One 100% satisfied customer. They definitely get a 10+ from me.

 Once again, the editing WAS different. And the whole picture isn't even on the canvas. There is a good inch that was left out. Proving there was room for editing. There are TONS of complaints against canvas people and I can see why. The customer service is horrible belittling their customers and always telling them they are always wrong. I do not want any more to do with this company and I WILL NEVER ACCEPT ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM.

A order was placed without my wanting. I immediately email them. It auto reply then hours later got response. Saying they couldn't do anything since was being processed. I'm In reality it was not done not shipped or anything. Been emailing for a week days can't refund. I told them it's not shipped and I didn't accept payment from my card need to cancel it. My card was charged then not then charged and not and finally charged. So I went to my bank to cancel my card. Company is a joke! Shut them down. There fraud!

We are very sorry for the difficulty [redacted] experienced
in trying to reach us.  Of course, we’d like the opportunity...

to provide a
canvas to [redacted], or we will be happy to offer a refund.  
Ordering a canvas is a personalized and custom
product.  For this reason, we review all orders to ensure the result will
meet our customer’s expectations.  After processing hundreds of thousands
of orders, we have a good sense for the quality of the photo and how it will
appear on the canvas. 
We reviewed this order on the date we received it, and we
realized that the quality/resolution of the photo would have resulted in a
blurry or pixelated image.  Whenever this situation occurs, we
contact the customer via email containing a special link for him/her to upload
a replacement photo.  It’s important to do this via email for tracking
purposes and to associate the photo to the correct order.  Based on the
email address [redacted] provided in the Revdex.com complaint, there are several typos in the email she had provided when placing her order with us.  As a result, she did not
get our usual receipt & order confirmation emails, nor has she received any
of our follow-up correspondence.  For her confidentiality, we have not
included the incorrect email here for you to compare, but we’re happy to
provide this to you privately.
Unfortunately, this occurred at the outset of our busiest
season, when the volume emails and phone calls is significantly higher than
normal periods. 
Our Customer Service team will be reaching out to the customer at the correct email address she has provided to go over things. Again, to be clear, we will be happy to offer a refund to [redacted] should she so desire after corresponding with us.  Please let us know if you have additional comments or questions.

I have received an email from the company. They stated that not long after I placed my order, they sent me an email stating that my picture wasn't good quality and a link to reupload a different picture. I told them I didn't receive the email so they sent it again. I'm going to upload a better quality picture and see if maybe this time I will receive my order.
