Also I couldn't find in their rules, where it states payments are applied when they listed them separately with the same APR? This company filed a credit card to someone in my family, under my name, without my signature, consent or contactNow years later, I'm working to pay down the amount on my card and was told that with three on-time payments my card would be restored for use so that I, who have never had a credit card myself, could finally use it in case of emergencyAfter making six on-time payments, I'm still getting the run-around and have no access to the card

The hold time, when calling via phone is extremely long Customer service is poor on follow upI am unable to check my account online via my *** phone, or on app; hence the need to call inI can only check on a computerI was told someone would contact me within hours to resolve the matter, and that was weeks agoI called again for another issue, and a rep stated they would make a note of it, and I would have to call back in to a different departmentSo I have to call back in and wait on hold, just for a technician to play trial and error I now know that I had it good at [redacted]  and plan to go back once my affairs are in orderThere was not one perk in joining Capital OneI thought because I have a Capital one account the transfer process would be fasterNo, its like any external accountI started the process of opening the new account via phoneWhen I asked the rep how long the transfer process was between the accounts , he stated he did not know, but assumed it would not be longHe said he would put me on hold to find out, but we were already on the phone entirely too longHe kept putting me on hold to complete the initial process of opening a checking accountThe rep said that starting the process over the phone would save me time when I go to my local branchWrong! I had to do everything all over againNothing was savedThe information the rep in the branch had was old information from credit cards I am more satisfied with my accountHold time is shorter when I call, and they follow up if there is an issue with the accountAnother issue is, the atm and bank set up is inconvenientIn the drive in area at my local bank, the teller is right before the atmSo I have to wait until someone finishes with a teller to go to get "quick" cashThat eliminates the convenience of the process, when you do not want to get out your car to get cash Lastly, I have credit cards with capital one, and I have been satisfied with my experienceUnfortunately, I have been unable to make minimum payments because my unemployment benefits have exhausted like the many million unemployed people in this country That is not an excuse, just a factHowever, the way I am made to feel when a rep brings this up when I inquire about my CHECKING account is insulting I have a problem with my checking account, and my credit card issue is brought upYet, my issue has not been resolved with this checking accountIt makes me think I am being targeted due to my inability to payThis has been a rough year, and the choice to leave my primary bank of years was not easyI had to because I needed to I don't think I have ever been this dissatisfied with a company, and honestly my heart is brokenI have a bachelors and a Masters degree, and I can't secure gainful employment at this timeI have enough to deal with trying to keep my car, my home, while only working part timeThe last thing I need, issues with a checking accountI will be taking my business elsewhere

NEVER! USE CAPITAL ONE! The absolute worse bank next to *** bank to deal withCustomer service that is no helpin fact never dealt with one that knew thier rear from a hole in the groundAnd when u try to refinance because your absolutely fed up dealing with them they give u a day payoff then take 20-days to process then hit u with late fees and daily interest to suck more money out of youIts hard to be a blue collar worker which is the backbone of this country when everything is ran by crooked corporations that payoff senators to overlook the big issues like these

Crapital one has another unsatisfied customer! Imagine that!! I've had my auto loan through them and when I went to refi with another lender with a *** of a better rate, things went down hill fastIt's been days since I signed papers to refi and the check for the pay off was sent that dayBut with Crapital One, they haven't gotten anythingI signed my title to the new lender and everything and now Crapital thinks I owe them moneyNot happeningThey call every freaking ten minutes wanting to know where their money is and everythingThey are no help when you do ask questions, most of them are dur-da-durs on the phone, most of the people are rude, some don't hardly speak english, and when you want to speak to a supervisor or manager, good luckI will never go through these a-holes again for anythingNot a car, not a credit card, nothingIf I can't pay cash I don't need itThis company can fall off a cliff for all I careLook at your options for when you do need a loanJust don't give your business to them ever

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I spoke with [redacted] on WednesdayHe informed me that the late payments are accurate and they would not be able to remove them from my credit reportI have never questioned the accuracyThe report is accurateI would like to have them removed because I believe they are hurting my credit score, and it has been well over 1/yearsI have kept my account in perfect standing since thenI know that they are able to request at any time that the credit bureaus remove them, and the bureaus typically adhere to the company's' requestsIn fact, I have another creditor who removed a late payment from the same time frameIt is inaccurate for them to say they are unable to, and is also poor customer serviceI have had this particular credit card for over years now, so I would expect better customer serviceAlso, I remembered some additional details after reporting this, and I brought them up with NickAfter being late the first months, I was able to make an arrangement with Capital One in order to get caught up on the minimum paymentThey agreed to not charge late fees for months in order to give me a chance to get caught up, and the agent even outlined approximate monthly payments to get me caught up before late payment fees resumedHe never mentioned anything about reporting additional late payments to the credit bureausNot only did they continue reporting them, but then they dinged me with a day late paymentCome to think of it, that day is probably inaccurateI made a payment every single one of those months, so even if the last one was late it would be only days lateI will most likely cancel this account after I pay off the card if these late payments are not removed from my credit reports Regards, [redacted]
