Capital One discriminates will close a customers account without understanding facts of a situationAccount was closed after company made blatant mistakes and did not address them to me, even though I reached out on numerous occasions, even to the executive office to notify them what was going on I have been working for the past months to restore privileges to my account and they continue to stall If you try to complain about the company they will send you a generic message and state something along the lines of "consumer is disputing issue with other agency" even though I'm not or consumer conversed with agent who addressed their needs, when in fact non of that is true
