Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, but would like to add that they referenced a Delta Airlines gift card. It was an LL Bean gift card. That mistake shows their lack of attention to detail and quality. Furthermore, the process was only resolved after Revdex.com intervened. Sincerely, [redacted]

The [redacted] created a transaction on June 4th and was processed and issued payment on the same day. Our checks are shipped directly from our payment center with Wells Fargo in North Carolina. We rely on USPS to handle all our shipping but it...

looks like they must have made an error delivering your check. After 3 weeks we reissued the [redacted] a check on June 26. Since then we have not heard from the [redacted] and consider this case closed.

I'm still wondering why it would take a company like cardpool.com two and a half months to correct their mistake and issue a simple refund check.
In any case, I doubt I would have received the refund at all if not for the Revdex.com, so thank you to the Revdex.com for their help.Sincerely, [redacted].
