I am rejecting this response because: It is not fully resolved at this time. I
called my insurance company and was put on a 3-way call with CareCentrix. The issues was discussed and I have received and returned the required paperwork they requested for full resolution. The current billing was placed on hold pending their further review. I do admit the second person I spoke with was very helpful and appeared to have the customer as a priority, not like the first person who just kept repeating I owed the money.
I don't know how long you can keep a complaint open and I don't want to cause the Revdex.com any further problems as you have been most helpful. I do appreciate your involvement in this matter. Thank you

received a call from a lady at CareCentrixI cannot remember her nameShe said I owe nothing on my billHowever I asked for this in writingShe said she will send me an e-mail explaining I have no further balance dueI never received the email yetShe also promised she would send me a hard copy letter in writing explaining also that I have no balance dueI have not received that letter yetI do not consider this resolved until I receive a written response explaining that I have no balance due to CareCentrix and that CareCentrix will not pursue collection efforts against me with a collection agency. *** ***
