Technically it is satisfactory however I must add that CareCentrix put me through a tremendous amount of anguish and hassleI finally received letters from them in the mail telling me that I have a zero balanceThat was after they sent me several past due notices where they threatened me with sending the bill to a collection agencyI resent that because it was completely unnecessary to send such a bill when I owed absolutely nothing to themI honestly hope I never have to deal with CareCentrix again if I can help itI am fed up with them.I must add that Carecentrix

I am rejecting this response because:The Revdex.com has only given me seven days or the
complaint will be considered resolved Even though CareCentrex has verbally agreed to adjust all charges, I have not yet received anything in writing (which is what I requested) They did verbally advise that they would confirm in writing; however, everything else that they promised to send me NEVER came to be For that reason, I must reject this response - I must have something in writing confirming that ALL charges have been adjusted before I consider this matter resolved

I am rejecting this response because: I am still waiting for an acceptable response from the CEO and the Legal Department of CareCentrexI requested to know what is being done to expunge any negative or defaming information concerning my late son and/or myself and family with any credit bureau or agencyI also requested to know what steps are being taken to avoid anything like this illegal action against anyone else now or in the future. I hope to receive an acceptable reply as soon as possible

I am rejecting this response because on Friday, May 16th, I received a call from a *** rep stating that according to Carecentrix, IncI still owed the amountThat they do not want the item in return because it already passed months since I received itShe recommended me to call to get a payment planShe also sated that she knew the amount was ridiculous for the item but still I have to pay itI explained that I called since January trying to get this resolve and they, *** Pharmacy, *** and Carecentrix were the ones who allowed months to pass to solve this problem and now this is the "new" excuse that they have to come withI have called them constantly by every mean, by phone and by the appealing form and they still not taking any responsibilityShe also said that according to Carecentrix to receive an item without receiving a quote and without been informed about deductibles is "the only point" I have according to her own wordsI think that is good enoughI was never informed of how much the item costs and it was given to me without informing me the answer that I always received was the same "don't worry, it has been covered completely by ***"That is like getting a peppermint candy at supposedly not cost to you and then been charged a ridiculous amount of money behind your back and let the time pass to have the advantage over your consumerThat is not right, not legallyThey said that they take complaints seriously, I will like to see itThey are not taking this serious at all

I am rejecting this response because:CareCentrix has NOT reviewed the issue with me and they have not initiated contact with me since the last rejection This is a canned response that they seem to use for a lot of complaints and it isn't acceptableQuite simply, nothing has been done, my voicemails go unanswered and I am not even sure if *** exists as am employee (###-###-####) He doesn't like returning calls though

I am rejecting this response because: It is not fully resolved at this time. I called my insurance company and was put on a 3-way call with CareCentrix. The issues was discussed and I have received and returned the required paperwork they requested for full resolution. The current billing was placed on hold pending their further review. I do admit the second person I spoke with was very helpful and appeared to have the customer as a priority, not like the first person who just kept repeating I owed the money.
I don't know how long you can keep a complaint open and I don't want to cause the Revdex.com any further problems as you have been most helpful. I do appreciate your involvement in this matter. Thank you
