From the Start I KNEW I should have looked at the Revdex.com and I'm regretting it. I was told by my MD that I needed a CPAP unit so I researched costs on [redacted] (Total cost for everything was just under $1,000) The MD Gave me [redacted] Number (The Equipment Company) who gave me the same system I was looking at, trained me on how to use it and care for it. I told them upfront I was not looking for a rental. I wanted a Total Buyout from day one. I was assured that the only way the insurance would pay anything on it it had to be a 10 month Payment installment but at the end I would own the machine. I was never informed I would have to deal with a totally different billing company. Well I have tried calling both [redacted]e and Carecentrix to get a Buyout total since it is the end of the year and my insurance is changing. [redacted] was helpful in telling me that Carecentrix has me under a RENTAL but they had no totals and had to research more. They said they would call me back today. I'm still waiting and expect no call back. No one can give me any information. Why? everyone says everyone else has the information. CareCentrix has always given me a different number to call where I have to leave a voicemail to get a return call a few days later telling me I have to call the main number. They are deceptive, and give no straight answers when you CAN talk to a person. In reviewing all the invoices (which never contain a final total) Between my insurance and myself this $1,000 system is costing over $2,000. If that is not insurance fraud I do not know what is. I have contacted [redacted] about this and they say I am not the only one complaining about this. After reading all the other reviews I can see that is the truth. I have already contacted my Doctor about this and his staff will be cutting ties with the company and spreading the word in the medical circles. I plan on calling my Insurance company to cut them off and I am gathering information for possible legal action. At this point I want nothing to do with Either [redacted] or Carecentrix. I feel paying double list price is being abused enough. People with medical conditions do not to be taken advantage of like this and it needs to stop.

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with [redacted] and they informed me that a new claim was submitted but no old claims have been retracted. I placed 2 orders through carecentrix but have a total of 5 claims against me showing on my insurance.

The interactions with Carecentrix (bills, call center, website) are so obtuse, burdensome, disconnected that I have wonder whether carecentrix is not a fraudulent operation altogether. I am in the healthcare industry - but even I can’t match bills with services or despite numerous calls can't figure out whether I have been appropriately billed. Carecentrix points at providers, providers point at Carecentrix. Bills have no connection to services rendered either in time or description. Their customer service is downright rude and deliberately unhelpful - only wants to get credit card. The website seems purposefully designed to confuse users with broken and circular links. Bills cannot be reconciled with payments and payments are requested for duplicative bills.
These are all hallmarks of a fraudulent organization. The organization should be referred to CMS for criminal investigation.

My doctor prescribed CPAP replacement items from two different supply companies they both bill through care centrix. Care Centrix does not bill secondary insurances, it is up to the consumer to stay on top of Care Centrix because their billing is delayed and when you have a balance you get a bill a month before it goes to collections. This review is based on two separate experiences with them. I have been turned over to collections twice while I attempted to appeal them billing the secondary insurance and then begging them to correct their claim forms per my secondary insurances requirements so that it could get paid. I would rather go without the equipment then continue to live like this.

I am rejecting this response because: CareCentrix tried to contact me last Friday (11/27).  A lady named Kerri called and gave me a number to call back.  I was left a number (###-###-####) and it was for an unitelligible name ([redacted]?).
Anyways, it said [redacted] was home and went to voicemail.  I left voicemails 11/30, 12/1 and called 12/2 with no callback and no resolution.  Their efforts are lackluster at best, negligent at worst.

Around 11/2016 I sent a Rx to care centrix for a digital hip blood pressure monitoring device and they were to find m a provider. I was told mc kenneson medical was the contact. I never received a call. I called them and they had notified me that they did not have the instrument and that Care centrix was suppose to call me back. They never called back. About 1 week ago I called and have yet to receive a call back .
