While the nurse we were provided was very good and knowledgeable, their accounting dept. was the worst I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The first invoices I received were 3-4 months old and towards the end of their service had stretched out to 4-5 months old. One I received had the insurance and my copay reversed. I had to call them repeatedly to straighten other problems out, but upon the receipt of new bills, it was the same problems all over again. I just hope they are not the only company in this area, as I will never use them again. Oh, and the nurse practitioners name on the invoice was never the same, yet we had the same lady every time, and her name was never on it, so how, after all those months, was I to know whether I was paying for my visits or someone else's.

not received the invoice I have repeatedly requested, plus I paid to have a certified letter delivered to them.  The letter was received on August 3rd and I received the receipt on August 7.  I received a phone call on August 6 from '[redacted]' who asked me to call her as soon as I got the invoice or if I did not receive it, she also wanted to know.  I left her a voice mail today telling her I have not received one single invoice!

yet to be made with me so I have no idea how they believe it has been resolved. A representative named either [redacted] or [redacted] called my husband Monday, who told them to call me. I did not recognize the number or receive my husband's text in time so I did not answer it. She left a voicemail, which I returned her call, but the recording stated she was at home so I left her a message. She called me back Tuesday, while I was at a work event and could not answer. I returned her call again and have not heard anything back. I also just called and left her another message.

CareCentrix recently took over billing for a company from whom I buy medical supplies. I apparently missed the first bill I received from them in the mail, but soon after received innumerable phone messages from CareCentrix asking me to return the call in regards to payments for the company [redacted]. Needless to say I never heard of a company [redacted] and the calls sounded like a scam.
Eventually we figured out that the company was legit, and sent a payment, but the payment never showed up online so I had to call and verify that I no longer had a balance due since they were threatening to send the bill to a collections agency. Perhaps this company is too big to answer the phone or even to have a person on the phone when they call, but the result is a very difficult process for the consumer. Bad job.
I had a regular payment method set up with the medical supply company, and now I have CareCentrix leaving obscure messages and botching the website. This is not a good change.

I am rejecting this response because:  It seems no one talks to each other in the Carecentrix office.  I had called them several times and to tell them I had sent the claims to my health insurance which is the secondary insurance since Carecentrix does not file the secondary insurance.  Also, when I received the letters from the collection agency I made a point again to call Carcentrix to have it put in my husband's file that I had sent all the claims to my health insurance ([redacted]).  My insurance [redacted] also told them all the information they needed to try to resolve this mess they have caused.  This office should try to work better with the customer who is trying to get the claims resolved and work with my insurance.  I have been humilated and when my husband goes back to his physician I'm going to try to find a different route for him cause I do not think Carecentrix office is very customer friendly.  Horrible service.

CareCentrix is incredibly unorganized and difficult to do business with. I hope I do not have to order [redacted] supplies from them again, I'd rather use the same equipment for a year until my insurance changes. For some reason they think it's appropriate to create 7 different accounts for me in the billing dept and every time I speak to someone they give me different answers. I hope they do not damage my credit. Would not recommend. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
