I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received the invoice I...

have repeatedly requested, plus I paid to have a certified letter delivered to them.  The letter was received on August 3rd and I received the receipt on August 7.  I received a phone call on August 6 from '[redacted]' who asked me to call her as soon as I got the invoice or if I did not receive it, she also wanted to know.  I left her a voice mail today telling her I have not received one single invoice!

I am trying to set up home oxygen for a patient with stage IV lung cancer and it has taken me more than 3 days. CareCentrix is one of the most disorganized organizations that I have ever had experience with. I would not recommend this organization to anyone. They have lost faxed information, not called back when requested and promised a product to a patient and not delivered it. Oxygen is considered a medication and needed to sustain life. I would rate this company as an F-. I hope I never have to deal with them every again. [redacted] needs to reconsider using this company for home oxygen.

I was discharged from the hospital with the plan to begin daily home healthcare on Thursday 11/19/15. When I had not heard from anyone by 1230 the following day I started making calls as it was Friday. I have documented the many calls I made back and forth between my insurance carrier and CareCentrix [redacted] didn't even have a request from CareCentrix on file yet. When the hospital called CareCentrix they said they were working on it and someone would be out today. When I called [redacted] back they transferred me to CareCentrix who would tell them they would take care of it. The minute [redacted] hung up the help ended. CareCentrix said they did not have anyone to send. I am a Insulin Dependent Diabetic with MRSA and needed daily wound care at 3 sites. This happened to me several times. The last time I made the [redacted] Rep stay on the phone with me so she could help me. It is now Monday 11/23/15 and I still have not received any home healthcare. I did receive a call from CareCentrix stating someone would be out today. I never received another call or a visit.

I've had to do business with them for the past year. When I need an invoice for a purchase, multiple associates assure me I will be receiving what I need when in reality nothing happens. They always blame management, saying they can only put a request in while management actually completes the task. Regardless, always an inefficient experience with them and I wish I didn't have to use them. This is not just a one time event, this always happens. No matter how I request the paperwork (email, mail etc) its terrible and I dread having to deal with them.

I am rejecting this response because: the issue is still not resolved and I do not want the complaint closed until it is resolved.  I am very frustrated by this company.  I call and leave a specific number to be contacted at and they continue to call my home and leave a message.  My insurance is through my work ---- so it should be evident that I work.    I was home during the holidays and received an automated call from them, which I picked up on the second ring.  The message was so fast and only giving a number to call, not letting me respond to a person and not giving me the option of repeating the number so that I could write it down.  VERY VERY POOR customer service. 
I do appreciate all the assistance of the Revdex.com.  If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't get even the robo-call.  Thank you

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I had talked to a lady named [redacted] on 5/14 and I asked her to send me a letter in writing that I do not owe $141.60.  She said they would email it to me the next day and as of today I still have not received an email stating that it is paid in full.  With this company, I have had billing tell me I owe nothing and months later get a collection notice.  I do not trust them.  She, specifically, said she would have an email to my address of [redacted] and like I have stated I have not received such a thing.  Sincerely,[redacted]

I have used them for a little under three years for connection as disconnection of my 5FU for [redacted]. Their nurses have all been pretty good but their billing procedures have been inconsistent. Often you get invoiced late and never receive statements. I thought that I was current and update and just got turned over to a collection agency for owing $14.85. This is very upsetting as I have paid them many thousands of dollars since my first treatment of [redacted]. I have had 44 cycles of [redacted] that I have paid them to date.
