I am rejecting this response because:
I have called CareCentrix several times since July about a refund of $165.15 that they owe me. Every time I call, none of their representatives can give me an answer. In July I was told that they needed to issue me a refund because my insurance ended up paying the whole bill. I over paid them as of April, 2014. My bank statement shows the two withdrawals made by CareCentrix. However, when I call they just say, "they are still investigating." They have told me at least 3 times now that someone will call me back to give me an update. No one, I repeat, no one has called me back. This has been going on for months. Whenever I call, I am on the phone with them going back and forth for well over an hour each time. They finally tell me they "can't reach the person working on my refund, and someone will get back to me by a certain date."

I must receive a phone call with an update informing me about my refund, and when it will be completed by Tuesday, September 30th, 2014. I would also like a letter confirming that my refund is in process. If I am not contacted, then I have no choice but to send a letter to the CEO, [redacted] and Board Chairman, [redacted]. As per the recommendation of the NY State Attorney General's office, I will also file a small claims suit with punitive damages.

I will deal with outstanding payment in which my health insurance provider will communicate with me once they reach [redacted] and CareCentrix in re: to this matter. In communication with them as yesterday they are still reviewing the case.

I received a call from a lady at CareCentrix. I cannot remember her name. She said I owe nothing on my bill. However I asked for this in writing. She said she will send me an e-mail explaining I have no further balance due. I never received the email yet. She also promised she would send me a hard copy letter in writing explaining also that I have no balance due. I have not received that letter yet. I do not consider this resolved until I receive a written response explaining that I have no balance due to CareCentrix and that CareCentrix will not pursue collection efforts against me with a collection agency.

I am rejecting this response because: I have received a phone call...

from [redacted] and she left me a voicemail. I was not able to answer the call as I was at work, but as soon as I had a break (about 15 minutes after the call), I called back and got voicemail. I left a message and have not received another phone call from her since. I did receive a phone call from someone else, who I explained the situation to and was told the bills would go out in the mail, this was the week of June 15, I have yet to receive anything in the mail from CareCentrix. I also told the person I spoke with that I would only be able to pay about $50 per month right now as I have to pay rent, all other household bills, daycare, and car payments, as well as student loans, so there is not an additional $250 per month that I am able to pay unless I take up another part time job, which is impossible having a child, grandchild, full time job, and going to school full time. I do want to pay this bill, but cannot afford the payment plan they want without risking my home and that is not something I am willing to do. There is a limited amount of funds available each month right now to pay this bill and I will pay extra if the funds are available. The lady that I spoke with did tell me the credit was issued and how much I owed now in total, but I want it in writing, in my hand, not online as I do not always have internet access and I want them to accept what I can pay rather than telling me I will go to collections if I don't pay what they want. I refuse to have the possibility of losing my home or my car (which is necessary for work) in order to pay what they are requiring.

resolution in writing. Carecentrix has called us and told us that they have resolved all issues that we have requested. But they have not given us what they have told us in writing. As we have been promised resolution almost every 2 months for almost an entire year and the next month we are billed again and even sent to collections even after they promised us over the phone that there was no way that could ever happen and that they had resolved the issue. We would like the final resolution of this issue in writing so that we can be assured that this will not happen again.

I am rejecting this response because:
CareCentrix has NOT reviewed the issue with me and they have not initiated contact with me since the last rejection.  This is a canned response that they seem to use for a lot of complaints and it isn't acceptable.Quite simply, nothing has been done, my voicemails go unanswered and I am not even sure if [redacted] exists as am employee (###-###-####).  He doesn't like returning calls though...

In December of 2014 I was diagnosed as having [redacted] that required a [redacted] machine to correct. I received a unit from Carecentrix ith no financial paperwork attached. I later learned that my insurance, [redacted] (another matter), had paid them $436 towards the cost of the machine that has a retail value of about $640. I began receiving monthly bills from them and when I called them about it they claimed they had put me on "rent to own" plan which I told them I had never agreed to accept. I told them I would pay up to the outstanding month balance which meant that I had paid them $480 over the insurance, bringing the total for a $640 unit to $1010 and told them that as I had not agreed to any rent to own plan that I would not pay them anymore. However, the bills have kept on rolling in, and they have sent me to a collections agency. They are to be avoided at all cost, which would still be lower than doing business with them.

I am rejecting this response because:
As I believe I mentioned earlier, I require written confirmation that NOTHING related to this CPAP machine will be billed to us or have collection attempts made. While we have received at least 3 sets of letters about the same three invoices, ( one of the sets had to be signed for), they still have not addressed any additional billing they may come up with for the same equipment (that we no longer have).  I am concerned about this because this company attempted to bill both rental and purchase amounts for the same machine. Since the insurance company is pushing back on that, I am concerned that this company will just bill us for the purchase.  That is why I need a written document stating that we will NOT be held responsible for ANY charges associated with this CPAP machine..

department explaining in detailing why this incident occurred, what is being done to correct or make amends for the grievous issue and what will be done to make sure it does not happen again, to anyone else. The case is still open for resolution.
