I wish for CareCentrix to not contact me from this date on and to only contact my insurance providers claims departmentThey would like to speak with *** *** & CareCentrix in reference to there non-compliance activity to properly obtain authorization from physician and insurance to bill for servicesNothing has been authorized for billing since November 2015.

The worst experience with this companyThey assured me my sons nebulizer would get delivered same dayI never received it and had to purchase one from a pharmacyThey called me days later after I left a message letting them know I never received itThe woman said I will get a reimbursement all I had to do was email her the receiptI emailed her on the 2nd of January and I never heard back from herI called, left messages, sent emails and never heard backI called February 6th and apparently the claim was never filedI had to fax over my information for someone to handle it at some pointThey lack time management and no one seems to know any information

I am rejecting this response because: the issue is still not resolved and I do not want the complaint closed until it is resolved.  I am very frustrated by this company.  I call and leave a specific number to be contacted at and they continue to call my home and leave a message.  My insurance is through my work ---- so it should be evident that I work.    I was home during the holidays and received an automated call from them, which I picked up on the second ring.  The message was so fast and only giving a number to call, not letting me respond to a person and not giving me the option of repeating the number so that I could write it down.  VERY VERY POOR customer service.  I do appreciate all the assistance of the Revdex.com.  If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't get even the robo-call.  Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I have received a phone call from [redacted] and she left me a voicemail. I was not able to answer the call as I was at work, but as soon as I had a break (about 15 minutes after the call), I called back and got voicemail. I left a message and have not received another phone call from her since. I did receive a phone call from someone else, who I explained the situation to and was told the bills would go out in the mail, this was the week of June 15, I have yet to receive anything in the mail from CareCentrix. I also told the person I spoke with that I would only be able to pay about $50 per month right now as I have to pay rent, all other household bills, daycare, and car payments, as well as student loans, so there is not an additional $250 per month that I am able to pay unless I take up another part time job, which is impossible having a child, grandchild, full time job, and going to school full time. I do want to pay this bill, but cannot afford the payment plan they want without risking my home and that is not something I am willing to do. There is a limited amount of funds available each month right now to pay this bill and I will pay extra if the funds are available. The lady that I spoke with did tell me the credit was issued and how much I owed now in total, but I want it in writing, in my hand, not online as I do not always have internet access and I want them to accept what I can pay rather than telling me I will go to collections if I don't pay what they want. I refuse to have the possibility of losing my home or my car (which is necessary for work) in order to pay what they are requiring.

I am rejecting this response because I want someone from carecentrix corporate to contact me about this matter!!!! I got a generic response and no one at carecentrix is taking this claim seriously and I deserve better. I have a legitimate complaint that needs to be addressed in a timely manner. I was promised being sent previous bills I never received and that was over 3 weeks ago ,carecentrix billing is very deceptive and not a way to do business... I want this complaint settled in a timely manner and that the claim of $209.48 be absolved.... I want this account to be closed with a zero balance !!!!!

The side where I received my medical supplies from each week was awesome! Never had a problem.
Now, dealing with the billing department is another story. My bill started 10/2014, which I set up a payment plan, and I pay every month and they receive my payment and cash my check each month, but ever since October, I have been sent to a collection agency 3 times, which went on my credit report...for PAYING my bill on time. Apparently, their computer system won't populate to other parts in the program, making someone's account look delinquent, but if they go to a different screen it shows all the payments being there.
I would NEVER recommend this company, even though I had great service with the people that handled my supplies, the billing department is out of this world RIDICULOUS!

I am rejecting this response because: We had asked for the resolution in...

writing. Carecentrix has called us and told us that they have resolved all issues that we have requested. But they have not given us what they have told us in writing. As we have been promised resolution almost every 2 months for almost an entire year and the next month we are billed again and even sent to collections even after they promised us over the phone that there was no way that could ever happen and that they had resolved the issue. We would like the final resolution of this issue in writing so that we can be assured that this will not happen again.

Organization will not coordinate health care benefits with a secondary insurance provider and also refuses to give you the third party claim forms so you can do it yourself.
