I received a letter from CASHNETUSA in the mail stating I was behind on a billI called the 866-***-on the letterThey explained we owed $on an original $personal loan that was opened in Sept There was also a bank account opened in Georgia at the [redacted] that the amount was transferred to, then that bank account was closedI replied that I never took that amount outThey asked us to call our local law enforcementWhen I did, [redacted] County Sheriff explained that it was nothing they could do because it was out of stateI looked at my credit report and it didn't showI'm just upset that they are demanding this money when it's clearly not me that took out the loanI also noticed that the letter head states Chicago IL address and the bottom states Dallas TX

Over a week ago, I let this company know that my pay dates were changingThey asked me to send a copy of my last two paychecks which I did after I got paid for a week on the 14th of JulyI let the company know that I only was paid for a week on the 14th and that my full two week paycheck would be on the 28th of JulyI received an automated response stating that someone would get back to meI waited and then tried to get onto their website to double-check the dateI couldn't get on on Sunday (I don't know what's with their site, it only seems to work on certain computers but that is another issue) and checked the site on my way to work the following Monday It still had the old due date on the siteI sent a comment to the company stating my displeasure with the changeI have used this company for awhile now and have never had an issue with them until nowLater that day I received an e-mail that stated: "Thank you for choosing CashNetUSA, America's trusted online lenderWe

On September 7th, I took out a loan with them for the amount of $I had been a customer previously and have taken out three loans earlier in the yearIn June I had received a promotion in email with a code [redacted] The code was for 35% off interest on the first two installment payments We took out the loan, added the promo code through the app, and we made our two installment payments on time, then paid off the loan Were were supposed to recieve a rebate once the loan was paid off The interest on the first payment (it was all interest) The interest on the second payment After the loan was paid off, we were supposed to receive a rebate of $ I called today to confirm the rebate, and I was first told the promo doesnt exist, then its expired, then I didnt pay two payments, then finally they told me there was nothing they can do because they dont see the promo code that was added at the time the loan was applied for I then asked for a
