Tuesday April 18, I applied for a loan online with cash net USA for $I was then forwarded to a page where I had to enter my pay stub informationAfter that I was sent a email telling me that my loan application was being reviewedSo I went and logged back into my cash net account and it said the money would be funded on Thursday April So the next day April I was sent another email stating that I needed to submit my check stub and the page needed to be signedSo I took a picture of my check stub and sent it to the cash net emailA while later I was notified by email that my loan was approvedFast forward now it's 12AM April I go to check my cash net account and it's saying the money was funded to my bank account, So I go to check my bank account and there is no money added

Email address: collection.settlement@***expresspayment.org stating that I was days late on a line of credit that I processedHowever, I do no recall completing one and had some serious health issues since I made attempts to contact them but their phone line is connected to a magic jack phone recodingthe number included in my email was 805-744-

I have had two loans With CashnetUsaBoth $First one had a payment of $a month I paid it off, So I figured when I applied for a new loan it would be about the sameI find out the payment is $a month, on the new loanI called them and they give me stories like call back in a week and we will give you a rebate, or the length of terms are differentOr missouri regulations make the loans different in payments each time Everytime I call I get different answers

Cash Net USA; calls continually with a robo caller, upon answering the phone, the recording states, "that is not a valid entry" and hangs upThis has happened times alone todayEach time I have called the number back and have requested to be removed from the calling listThe number that is calling automatically is ###-###-####, the only one who has identified themselves when I called this number back was named AllenWhen I requested to be removed from the caller list, he hung up on me

Cashnetusa contacted me stating that I was approved for a $loan He said that he would need to put some funds into my checking account and then I would have to send the money backThis was suppose to verify my account He said that I would need to send to funds back to him by *** I did so Then, this morning, 04/21/2007, I checked my account and it was $in the negative I have tried to contact My *** *** by phone and teat message I have left numerous messages for him but he has not returned any of my calls

they are trying to say I took out a loan for $I declined that loan back in marchit was never put into my account
which I have since sent them bank statements that include the months for march, april , and mayI sent them proof and how they insist on a police reportI would like this matter settled asap

This business is sending me emails saying that I have opened an account and they need my Social Security # to complete my loanI did not submit for a loan.....they will not give any information to me over the phone and keep telling me that they need my Social Security # to further investigate my accountI do not want an account with them! I want to know if someone is trying to open an account in my nameI think it is a SCAM!

I have contacted CashNetUSA multiple times regarding a fraudulent loan application that was submitted due to identity theft under my maiden nameI have been notified by email that this business continues to re-submit the loan application over and over again despite me letting them know I will never submit a loan application with them/ nor have I everI am appalled that they have disregarded my concern, and failure to address the issueI want this addressed appropriately and I want my information removed from their systems

I have been contacted by numerous collection companies (it appears they have sold my debt multiple times) and each one has harassed me and told me I owe way more than I should and I need to agree to a settlement or they will take me to jailI don't appreciate this and want some kind of resolution in the matter as it has caused undue stressThey have increased the loan amount and interest rate without my knowledge on multiple occasions and I believe this to be illegalI will not pay them what I do not
Owe them and it is not legal to harass individuals to pay a debt

I have been paying on this loan twice a month since January The balance never seems to go down and is always going up I have tried to pay it off and I have tried to pay extra On 8/13/I was told by customer service I was not able to pay extra to pay this loan off with less interest With the amound I have currently paid them I have pretty much paid the loan and interest twice now and they are saying I have payments left I do not feel that this is rightIf I make more payments that is 4x the amount of the loan and interest It never goes down only goes upSomething is not right

I opened up an account with Cashnet USA back in March 25, I borrowed money again in April When I contacted the company to find out when my balance would be paid off they stated it would be by July I just received a message from them about a week ago stating my balance was down to around $ They took out a payment today of $ I was excited thinking I was at least almost finished paying the balance off When I looked at the account today (a week later) my balance is $ When I chatted with them via chat (spoke to a lady named Deborah) she couldn't explain to me how many more payements I would have till I was paid off This company is a complete and utter rip off! I borrowed around $700-+ (fee for borrowing money) The company is charging me $500+ in interest/fees I think this is ashame...this company targets people who are in need of help and places them further and further in debt without a true resolution It's frustrating for me and I will never

they don't no how to run a business there nasty on the phone when communicating with u they mess up your due dates for payment agreements they send out late emails they don't follow up with u with on anything u have to do it they place u on hold for a long priod of time u have to talk to multiple people to try in get to the issue an the issue never gets resolved they discriminate people with disabilitys

Cashnetusa are now charging me %Apr, I never would have signed up to that, thus year alone I have repaid several thousands of dollars on a loan that is around $nowI'm about to go under and lose my house due to the thievery of cashnetusa and they refuse to amend the apr claiming the computer doesn't let them, there was no mention of %Apr when I signed up

I am the office Manager of a company out of Idaho, one of my employees took out a loan through this company when in a tight spotNow she is trying to get the account paid off, but is unable to make the payment in fullThey have been calling and harassing her at WORK on our work phone, but pretending to not be from Cash NetThey have been asked multiple times to stop calling here as they cannot call her work to collect on the debt (it is illegal), they must call her on her cell phoneThey have told her that they have sent her to collections for the account, and she said that was fine she would work out a payment with the collection company, but then they are continuing to harass herI understand payday loans are a necessity for some people, but this company is horrible, their employees are very rude, and I would never recommend them to anyone
