On October 19, I called to pay my balance in fullUpon speaking to the agent, I gave the agent the debit card detailsThe agent placed me on holdOnce she returned to the phone, she stated the transaction would be cancelled because the payoff amount she initially quoted was now $moreI've called the company multiple times over the past week in hopes to settle my account I'm being targeted and scammedThe interest occur on daily rate which makes paying them off impossibleOnce the payments are taken, they wait two days for it to clear your accountHow can anyone pay off a loan when the money isn't taken upon agreement? I've spend multiple minutes on the phone trying to come to a resolution which obviously isn't in the best interest of the company since they collect interest on a daily rate

Thank you for forwarding this customer complaint. We take all complaints seriously and make every effort to implement a fair and satisfactory resolution. On September 12, 2016, CashNetUSA arranged a $350.00 CSO (Brokered) loan for Mr. [redacted] . He signed his loan agreement acknowledging that he... understood and accepted the terms and conditions associated with the loan. On September 29, 2016, Mr. [redacted] contacted our Customer Service Department and requested to refinance his loan for an additional term. Unfortunately, we were not able to honor his request. We explained to Mr. [redacted] that we require at least two business days advance notice of the scheduled due date to process a request to refinance, therefore, we could not process his request. Our records indicate that we advised Mr. [redacted] that refinance requests must be received at least two business days prior to the due date. Amongst other details, this information was communicated to Mr. [redacted] via a payment reminders sent to his email at [email protected] on September 23, 26, and 28 2016. On September 30, 2016, the full balance of $442.89 was due. Contrary to Mr. [redacted] ’s assertion, our records do not indicate that we attempted to debit his bank account prior to the due date of September 30, 2016. At this time, Mr. [redacted] does not have an account balance with CashNetUSA. Based on our review, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that we have applicable regulations or standards. Please offer our apologies to Mr. [redacted] for any confusion caused. We urge him to contact us should he have any outstanding questions or concerns regarding his account. We hope that this response resolves this complaint and answers any questions that your office has. If we can provide any additional information, please contact us.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I've contacted CashnetUSA numerous times, and of those many correspondences that I still have, this is the most information I have receivedCashnetUSA changed the original requested amount on my behalf and changed the amount that I reported I madeThe company then issued that amount to my account and created a contract based on that fabricated informationLaws have not caught up to online lenders that do not report to credit bureausThe word choice CashnetUSA is using in these official responses is strategic to avoid admitting this fact and breech of contract so that it will not be null and void under the lawWhere is the original third party information to show this reported 1500.00? It should not be a scam to run an honest business with honest people who are not out to victimize would be loyal customers Sincerely, Ikea [redacted]
