I'm normally not one to write reviews, but I am absolutely HORRIFIED at the way I was treated by this companyI will NEVER deal with any type of online loan again because of themHere is my story, I feel compelled to share because it could happen to anyone
I've dealt with this company before without issue, but it's the way you treat your customers when there's an issue that ultimately determines the quality of your customer serviceCashNet USA has the worst customer service I have ever encountered
Because of a glitch in THEIR system, I did not receive a loan that I was approved forI received an email stating it would be in my account on Monday, July Monday morning, I checked my account and no money had been deposited and my checking account was about to overdraftI checked my account on their website, and it said they had funded my account and that I owed $on my next paydayObviously this prompted me to call this companyThe representative I spoke to tried to be helpful but in the end, she said the only thing that could be done as to cancel out the loan and I could reapply in an hourShe told me to reapply before 6CST so the funds could be in my account Tuesday She also spoke to her manager who told me they would waive the entire $loan fee because of the mistakeThis solution wasn't perfect, but I was understanding in that they tried their best to help this was the best they could doAnd the $they waived would at least cover my overdraft fee
About hours later, after several different attempts to re-apply, I called CashNet back to find out what was going onIt was during this call that I encountered the customer service team from hellI was basically told I have to wait hours to reapply because of Florida law and the fact that THEY canceled my loan as if it was a loan that had been granted and re-payed, so the soonest I could be funded was ThursdayI just want to point out again, that I applied on FridayPeople don't turn to payday loans because they have a week to wait for the moneyI was basically told there was nothing that could be done and that was itI told them that my bank account was going to be overdrafted by the end of the day, and they still said there was nothing they could doNo sympathy, no trying to rectify the situation, and no offer to compensate with a future discount or anything
When I woke up this morning, my account was overdraftedLuckily, after my horrific encounter with whoever I spoke to yesterday, I went to a local company and initiated the processI still had to wait hours to be funded because my social was tied up with CashNet, as if I had just paid off a loan, but they were able to give me the money this morning when the hours was upI will ONLY deal with local companies from now on
Like I wrote earlier, I don't usually file complaints, but because the blatant lack of consideration for my situation, disregard for the overdraft fees I received, and overall attitude of indifference to the effect this had on me, I plan to share my story with as many as possibleBEWARE of these people, this is the type of company that kicks you after THEY push you down! I'd like to warn everyone that when they tell you to expect to be funded a certain day, i's a crapshoot - a possibility at best, because as I was told by their staff, "nothing is guaranteed"

Worst loan company on the planet, who charges a 300% interest rates on a personal loan! They really deserve zero stars for satisfaction

This was a debt from 2005, The company has called my place of employment talking to my boss about matters of collection, they have called my year old mother telling her that i'm going to be put in jail if I do not pay and there would be warrants out for my arrestI called them and to give them the information the debt was added to my bankruptcy in and I will give all the attorney information, but they keep calling threatening me and family and work

I requested from this company to pay a medical billThey deposited A week later, they started adding in interest to the balance after I paid on the accountThey then debited my account an additonal after I paid them another payment days prior to thatSubsequently, I disputed the extra chargeThey then added another in payment plans to get the back, for the disputed charge, and for additional unidentified chargesAn original loan is now over They are now trying to debit my card for unauthorized paymentsThey also will not close the original account, that I'm not using, while it sits there collecting interest that I can not pay, because there is a separate interest payment plan in place that supersedes the original loan balance

I never wanted anything to do with this companyLike other businesses, they got access to my credit scores and added me to their mailing (see harassment) listI would've ignored it as junk mail if they didn't send me things constantlyI actually called them and told them to stop mailing meThey took my name, address and offer id and said they would remove meNot even a month later and I have already received another offerBeyond ridiculousThere should be a law preventing such spam to be sent without permission

This company is extremely dishonest! They fraudulently change time stamps to suit their needsI was told that I made a request for an advance hours AFTER I already had and BEFORE the alleged time had even hitTerrible, terrible shady business practicesI will NEVER do business with them again and I will steer everyone clear of themThey are terrible

I pulled up my account online and paid the remaining balance pursuant to the online quote which I have done before However, a month later, they pulled an amount out of my banking institution stating that it was a scheduled payment that was deducted from the online balance at the time I paid the debt in full When I paid the debt in full, the online system showed a $balance for a month before they pulled the money from my account So their online system showed a $balance for a month Therefore, exactly how would their customers know?

I have been trapped with cashnet usa to only find out that they have a payment plan that they offer for people in a bind, but instead of them offering a payment plan to me in Septuntil Janfor an loan, because I had ran out of extensions they continued to charge me interest on a fixed income
I asked why? My answer was we do not send out those type of notices only extensions, until I stopped them this month May 1, for over payment, They took alot of money from me It is a rip off until you owe them They could have told me about a payment plan For over a year, until now with interest Then after you are drained they then send you a discount coupon for your next loan , knowing you can not pay them in full
