I have been contacted by numerous collection companies (it appears they have sold my debt multiple times) and each one has harassed me and told me I owe way more than I should and I need to agree to a settlement or they will take me to jailI don't appreciate this and want some kind of resolution in the matter as it has caused undue stressThey have increased the loan amount and interest rate without my knowledge on multiple occasions and I believe this to be illegalI will not pay them what I do not Owe them and it is not legal to harass individuals to pay a debt

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:there is truth to the statements of accounts and their terms ..of course as this is their policy but when I signed up they gave me a detail of account and amount because I asked what would be the fee amount of the loan for and I also had to supply them with a date on which I would be making a payment ..this was chosen by me and in order to give me the amount of the loan they would have to give me the amount for that particular amount of time as they have a billing cycle which charges by rate of time on the loanalso it was asked in my initial application how much I would be paying on that date payment which was the full amount of the loan for that period of time...it is complete deception whether it be fault of mine fro being unaware that these questions were designed to decieve me or not.also they admitted to me that they changed the form of amount of payment after the loan was verified .they said it was standard procedure to do that change..and also their claim to contact me by phone is completly false..I contacted them after they failed to take the amount of money agreed to...and after I contacted them because they failed to return my phone calls they told me in order to pay the full amount of the loan it had increased by more than double...they did send me emails regularly but the important one concerning how much they took out of my account, like I said ,I could not respond quick enough in order to allow them to take the proper amount of money out to close out this loan without further interesteven now after this time trying to deal with this deception they continue to incur charges..and regularly send emails concerning my failure to answer phone calls or return their emails..yet in response to my email they claimed I had no such mention of how much money was to be removed from my bank account even though I must make mention of it in my initial appliction...please inform me quickly in this matter or I will have to pay more and more which was their initial plan I believe Sincerely, Troy [redacted]

Tuesday April 18, 2017 I applied for a loan online with cash net USA for $300 I was then forwarded to a page where I had to enter my pay stub information. After that I was sent a email telling me that my loan application was being reviewed. So I went and logged back into my cash net account and it said the money would be funded on Thursday April 20. So the next day April 19 I was sent another email stating that I needed to submit my check stub and the page needed to be signed. So I took a picture of my check stub and sent it to the cash net email. A while later I was notified by email that my loan was approved. Fast forward now it's 12AM April 20. I go to check my cash net account and it's saying the money was funded to my bank account, So I go to check my bank account and there is no money added.

Ms. [redacted] signed her loan agreement stating she understood and agreed to the... terms and conditions associated with the installment loan. Ms. [redacted] has questioned how the rebate coupon is applied. On October 12, 2015, prior to her loan being funded, Ms. [redacted] contacted CashNetUSA via email and provided the details of how the coupon operated. Ms. [redacted] was advised that the coupon is applied as a rebate. The rebate will be applied on the first two Installment payments according to the payment schedule, following the full successful repayment of the installment loan. CashNetUSA strives to provide the ultimate customer experience and understand there may be some confusion. I received an email dated july from [redacted] CORP Email address: collection.settlement@***expresspayment.org stating that I was days late on a line of credit that I processedHowever, I do no recall completing one and had some serious health issues since I made attempts to contact them but their phone line is connected to a magic jack phone recodingthe number included in my email was 805-744-

We applied for a loan and this is a hoax. My Husband has been sick and they tricked him into sending 500 dollars and they never gave him the loan. they approved him for the loan however kept his money. no one ask for money especially upfront for the amount of 500.
please do not trust them. We are calling the Federal Government. This is wrong.

On June 14, I used a promo code, promo ***when applying for a loan This promo code was for a 20% rebate on my first two payments I paid this loan off almost immediately and now I am being told that I did not use a promo code, when I 100% know that I did put that promo code on the application The company is not honoring this promo codeI wrote several emails, and spoke with a customer service rep who just told me that I didn't do what I said I do and I was out of luck I KNOW that I used the code, the company either removes its codes from application so they don't have to honor, or just made an honest error But I am asking the the promo code be honored and my 20% rebate be given to me The cr of this loan is Customer # *** and the installment loan is Installment Loan #***

I had an oral and written agreement with the cashnwtusa compliance dept to alter my installmwnt payments from every weeks to once a month pymt of I could not pay them this monrhI got a call from jasmine in collections saying my payments were every tqo wks I told her my amended loan agreemwnt per compliance was once a monrhShe said that was only for last monthThey are crooksThe sais I have to send them my social stmt showing when I get paid and then it could be changedRhai no right

I sent email to Cashnetusa about waiting for October 3th, before drafting $and changesBecause I won't be able to have the money until the 3th, OctoberBut instead try to get it on the 1th of OctoberAnd bounce my checking account to $This John D told me just got this email, and other word is I don't care and did it any way mess my account upNow I have to fix the and pay them and someI can't afford itThey need to pay meof my bills is behind because of himI should have to pay them nowMy account is in the RED for $Help

They did not process a loan in a timely manner and after contacting differnt times to find out why, the loan was processed after days
