He fixed the problem in no time and was very helpful in explaining what was going on during his visit. Early on Friday morning my wife heard a hissing noise in our guest bathroom. I investigated and found a leak in the water line feeding that bathroom. I called Al Coronado Plumbing and was pleased with the quick response I received from [redacted] who listened closely to all I had to tell him about my investigation findings and wrote up what I considered to be a reasonable estimate to cover the required repairs. I will admit that it did take most of the day before the repair technicians [redacted] and [redacted] arrived but once on site they proceeded to make the necessary repairs. Once finished they checked all of their work to insure there were no further leaks. Both men were pleasant and curtious and I would not hesitate to call upon this company if I have any further plumbing issues.

BEWARE, BEWARE, RIP OFF, RIP OFF, if you LET them. On July 16, 2016 we had a water leak. I panicked and called Al Coronado plumbing. I'm a female without knowledge and when the salesman showed up he stayed 4 hrs. to explain that I should get a complete rerouting of all our plumbing to be "safe" and encouraged a new water heater, new toilets and faucets, stating that we had a lovely house. After going over this and explaining over and over again I felt pressured to do the "right" thing by his determination. Trusting the company I agreed, they are the professionals. The contract amount was $17,689.00. A girlfriend had happened to call and I explained my situation and she said whatever you do DON'T call Al Coronado. They tried ripping off our neighbor lady, who called my husband to see if he would agree and he said absolutely not and had her call another company. When my boyfriend came that evening and seeing the contract had me cancel immediately. He got 2 other bids both coming in at $600 and $717.00 and was done in 2 1/2 hrs. The other plumbing company's knew immediately that my quote had to be Al Coronado, as they have seen this happen time and time again and they're shocked they're still getting away with it and still in business. Very sad and disappointing to see them take advantage of good honest trusting people.

On 6-11-14 I called Al Coronado Plumbing seeking help to unplug a kitchen sink drain.
I called before 7 AM and was told help would arrive within an hour. A technician arrived
at 7:40 AM, diagnosed the problem and made recommendation to correct it.. Included
was a cost estimate His name was [redacted] He made several attempts to unplug the
drain and was finally sucessful. He was courteous, polite and left no mess. We have
already referred this firm to two other families and will continue to recommend them.
It is a great relief to find a Plumbing Company in the Tucson area that we feel we can

They came out on a Sunday morning within an hour and a half of the call for help. They were on the phone with us letting us know approximate time of arrival and were true to their word. They were very courteous to our guests and understood how busy we were and were very patient in waiting for a moment to speak with us. The pros that actually came out to do the work were also very informative as the process moved forward. We would recommend Al Coronado Plumbing to anyone with a plumbing problem. I used AL Coronado Plumbing for a total redo of my homes water pipes. They did an excellent job-, on time, worked into the evenings and on weekends to finish as soon as possible for my family. The workers were knowledgeable about their jobs, skilled, friendly and always answered questions. Every part of the job was done to perfection. I got a 10 year warrantee which includes a complete annual inspection that was just done. Every part of the job was checked and even the water heaters drained. The company keeps in contact to ensure all is going well still and the approach is always very personal. I would recommend them to any one for an excellent job, best customer service and fair cost.

Hired company to repair broken sewage line. Could tell as soon as work started that the company is short staffed and has problems with communications. After a change in project managers communications was much improved. All of the workman with the exception of one were amazing. [redacted] especially worked above and beyond. Owner of the company checked our home at the start, but never returned at completion. Overall the company is fair. If you are a very vocal I am sure the job will be completed as wanted.
