[redacted] did an outstanding job when he replaced my water heater. He stayed late while waiting for another contractor to complete their portion of the repair. The job was done better than new.

A new comer to Tucson, I called Al Coronado Plumbing because of their TV add. I was not disappointed. Kevin came to my home to explain my problem and what it would take to fix it. He was very detailed in his explanation and he was in no rush, his only concern was me and my problem. Later that day Miguel showed up to install a new hot water heater. He was very meticulous in his work and did not finish until about 8 pm. Then he showed me and explained in detail what he had done and cleaned up the area before he left. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

I have had experience with all of the trades for decades, but have never had reason to call a plumber - until early January, 2015. I chose Al Coronado Plumbing because I researched the company in depth: I read their entire website, & all of the testimonials, studied their TV commercial & other advertising, and observed their trucks coming into my gated Foothills community out here in the Tanque Verde Valley. How else can one choose the best plumber? You study all your sources & then you make the call...

Right away, I was impressed because of the rapid response I got regarding a slow leak coming from my one of the master bathroom sink drain pipes. They sent out a Plumbing Advisor ([redacted]) and he arrived on promptly on time, according to my busy schedule. The initial diagnosis was made, and a repair crew was dispatched rapidly.

The 2-man crew that arrived at my home showed up right on time, introduced themselves, and then put on a pair of clean new disposable "booties" over their work shoes before entering my home. Very impressive! Next, they laid down and taped a new heavy paper roll, to create a pathway across the tile & carpet from the front door to the bathroom work area. This was taped into place & prevented a major clean-up while the crew came & went for tools, supplies & so on.

The job to replace the cracked drain pipe was very intense, as they had to use a concrete saw & jackhammer to gain access to the pipe behind the wall & down into the foundation pad. This procedure was expertly handled by Coronado's Master Plumber, [redacted] & his helper, [redacted]. Very impressive to watch the expert skills of a Master Plumber! Everything was clearly explained to me, and they were in my home for most of the day, until the repair was finished. The leak was stopped & the section of pipe replaced. The crew clean up & debris haul away was prompt & thorough. A 2nd Plumbing Advisor & field supervisor ([redacted]) came by to inspect the quality of the work, and answered all remaining questions.

Bottom line: If you want a top-flight plumbing crew, with prompt on-time appointments, an expert fix of your plumbing issue, plus a great back-up office staff, then Al Coronado Plumbing is your first & only call to make!

They charge by the job, not by the hour, and weekends &/or holidays are not extra overtime. Of course you can always shop around for a cheaper, less-experienced plumber, but you will not get the First Class experience I had with [redacted] & his team of professionals. You get what you pay for in plumbing, so save yourself a ton of time, & call Al Coronado Plumbing! I give them 5-stars, & I am a tough critic...

[redacted] replaced our hot water heater. He was professional and personable. We were very pleased with the job he did.

Needed home re-piped, everyone I spoke to or met from Al Coronado Plumbing was on time, polite and answered my questions.. The plumber, [redacted] arrived prepared, developed a plan, ,told me ahead of time when my water would be off. He was efficient, polite,neat, cleaned up any mess and ALWAYS ON TIME.

My name is [redacted] had a leak over a year and a half and I called al Coronado set up service they showed up early and within 30 mins had the leak fixed and tested it works like new I highly recommend al Coronado plumbing to anyone looking thank you [redacted] honest quick and to the point!!!

I was very disappointed with the service provided for multiple reasons. I have now received a bill almost two years after the service and legal case was closed.

Thank you to the guys at Al Coronado Plumbing. We had a plumbing emergency on a weekend. They were able to come out right away, give us some quotes and get a guy out to fix our issue on a Saturday. They gave us a quote to properly fix our entire issue, but they were also willing to do a quick less expensive fix for our immediate issue at hand. We opted to have it all done, and they did a great job. They did the job right, with great attention to detail.

Choosing Al Coronado Plumbing over other local plumbing companies was the right choice for us. They employ an amazing team of well-trained individuals who demonstrate a high degree of customer service.

WEEKEND CALLOUT AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. [redacted] WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT WAS REQUIRED TO GET MY PLUMBING ISSUE RESOLVED, QUICKLY HAD COST GIVEN TO ME FOR TWO PLANS, CHOSE WHICH SUITED ME AND WITHIN TWO HOURS THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER. I WOULD DEFINATELY UTILIZE AL CORONADO PLUMBING AGAIN IF NEEDED.

I had a water heater installed less than two years ago, by a different company. We've been having issues with it turning off multiple times per week. The other company was not very helpful and was going to charge me over $100, just to come look at it. Al Coronado sent out Plumbing Advisor [redacted] who worked with me to call the previous company to figure out the warranty and to talk with the manufacturer. Al Coronado sent out a technician the next morning to fix the water heater and to install a new garbage disposal.

[redacted] was my technician and he was wonderful. He was pleasant, fast and most importantly, made sure I knew what he was doing and why he was doing it, to make sure I was comfortable. I will not hesitate to use this company again, and will recommend them to any one in need of plumbing services. Thanks!

We had to call late in the afternoon because our kitchen sink was backed up. They came out that day and [redacted] was the plumber. He did a good job, he was courteous, he cleaned up his mess, and he gave us hints on how to keep our lines clean. We would definitely call Al Coronado plumbing back if we needed them and recommend them to our friends.

We found ourselves needing a new electric water heater in a hurry. We contacted several area plumbers and found that most didn't secure necessary permits from the city so that their work could be inspected and satisfy code requirements. Our experience with Al Coronado was indeed a very positive one. Kevin came out the same day I called to assess and give us an estimate which included the city permit and inspection. [redacted] was there within a couple of hours to install the water heater. The job passed the city inspection and we had hot water the same day we called for service.

After running all over town on other calls, when [redacted] arrived, he was courteous, helpful and informative. Took care of the issue with the toilet and gave us great service. Appreciate the professional work that was done.
