Horrible! I will NEVER EVER EVER order anything from this company again! I took a chance on ordering from them in the past and mostly had positive experiences, however this last time I ordered will be the last time EVERDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered over $worth of products to qualify for one of the promotional codes they had at the time (spend $50, save $25)Upon putting in the code, it showed that the code was applied, however at the time they billed my debit card for the full amountUpon contacting the company they accused me of not using the correct codeHow would I be able to use the code without you sending me the email with the code attached? On top of being billed full price for the items, they were NEVER RECEIVEDI have attempted to contact the company at least times now, only to never recieve ANY RESPONSE from the companyI didn't want to believe the Revdex.com reviews when it was ***, but now I seeThis place is a scamDon't waste your time or money

I ordered a product back in May that has not been delivered and they have not responded to emails, ***, and their phone number does not involve anyone answering

Just Dont! I have received perhaps 75% of my ordersThe other 25% is lost in never never land Choxi does not have any information from their vendors about fulfillment or tracking of your itemsAfter weeks you can cancel and if you get Choxi credit it's like a snowball of continuous missing orderspair of earrings arrived months after ordered I actually forgot about themSurprise! Prices are not that great compared to the question of maybe I'll receive itI have been ordering from them since there change over from *** I am doneEven leaving dollars of unfulfilled orders Perhaps the items might show up someday

They never fulfill your order they send you an email statingstating they are not able to ecen though they took your mo ey already then they give you store credit just to go through the same *** again and they never ship this company is a rip-off it needs to be investigated and shut down better yet let's file a class action

Oh, my...what a story I have! Bought a MFK handbag from Choxi, they sent a defective WRONG color bagI returned it and had to fight for my refund/exchangeThen I made ANOTHER mistake and ordered another MFK bag.....got it and the zipper was defective!! Sheesh! Should have known, right? Well, I got the return authorization, then the manufacturer was stating they didn't receive their garbage backSo I sent proof from the ***FINALLY, got the credit(oh no! NOT the money back) for the handbagSo I placed an order for the EXACT SAME THING to replace the one with the defective zipper, on February ***As of today's date, March ***, my order states "Processing" and after numerous emails with their ridiculous customer service, this is the latest response I've received; "I'm sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your orderUnfortunately, the details for the order you mentioned have already been sent for fulfillment to our manufacturing partners and we are now unable to cancel this orderWe will be contacting you with the updatesWe appreciate your time and patience on this matterAgain, My apology
If there is anything further I can do to assist you please let me knowAt Choxi, customer satisfaction is our main goal."
What a waste of time, money and sanity! What a load of frustration!!
(Oh! And this is just the latest of my orders to get screwed up by them!!) (I just don't learn apparently!!)

I have been a choxi customer for many yearThat was before it was choxi and nomorerackI there were numerous times that I bought items and they were not what it was advertised to be on the websiteBut the last staw was when I bought a smart watch for times the price that was listed on ***I felt like I was dupe! I call and tried to return the watch and it was a nightmareThey could not refund my moneySaid that they would give me a store credit insteadThey sent me a Shipping label which did not workPost office told me the label has not been paid forMy advice to you stay away from choxiThey are fraud

I had previously placed orders not because of the price but because no one else had the item When I placed the order it took almost months to ship the item
This time I placed an order on June *** They TRY to ship (they say) within days On about June ***, I sent an email requesting when my order would ship They responded that it is processed through an outside company so they do not have a tracking number that, of course, lead me to believe it had shipped They also offered a refund but if I could only cancel before I got a tracking number I said no I didn't want to cancel they had my money for almost a month, what would cancelling get me? So I waited weeks and emailed again I got the SAME exact response They didn't even read my email So I waited I sent another email today, July *** and got the SAME email I went to the "chat" told them to cancel my order, refund my money and not to ever contact me again We are at weeks and it hasn't even shipped They said sure and GAVE ME A STORE CREDIT! Really???? After that fiasco they want me to order from them again??? I said no, cancel the order and refund my money They offered me a store credit with a 10% discount?? Really? I said no, refund the money means refund not credit I want a refund He finally agreed I actually don't think they even ship anything until you complain a couple of times because this has happened on every order The thing is that by they time they finally ship the items, I have found them on ebay cheaper This was a spinning mop, they gave me a discount of $so it came to $ This is on ebay now for $18, free shipping Save yourself a stress headache and do NOT buy from these people

I have contacted the company four times asking where my order is and why is has not been shipped yetWhen I placed the order nothing was said about back orders or anything of the kind that would delay my order, yet here I am no product no shipping confirmation! Everytime I contact customer support about my issue I receive an automated reply asking me to be patient and it will be shipped out as soon as possible....I am out of patience! I have asked them to refund my money so I can make my purchase elsewhere and have received no responseAt this point I feel like they took my money !! This site is awful! I told them I would not be shopping with them anymore and they proceeded to send me a coupon for free shipping what good is free shipping if a product never ships! I honestly feel scammed!
