We called Christian Brothers when our air conditioner died after 20 years of service. The servicemen that worked on installing the new unit were completely professional and did an excellent job and in a timely manner. We did have a problem with the noise that the unit was making and they worked diligently to uncover the reason the unit was noisy. They discovered the problem and fixed it to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company and would give them an excellent reference.

My experience with this company was very pleasant. Very nice people, got a tech out my way the same day without having to wait too long. The technician, [redacted], was very knowledgeable and experienced. He got the job done right, quick and easy. I would definitely call them back if needing plumbing services in the future (but hopefully not anytime soon).

Mike E[redacted] just did my semi annual AX inspection. He was on time and checked the system out properly. He advised me of a future problem with my coils that where showing some rust. He recommended that I install a surge protector and a Compressor Start Assist. Both were good ideas and I am technically oriented to know that they will prolong the life of my unit. I had him do so. We discussed future work that will need to be done down the road. I have been dealing with Christian Brothers for year both for my home and for my workplace before my retirement. I have never been disappointed.

Today's service call was not my first call to Cristian Brothers, nor was it the first time that [redacted] was the service person that came to my home. Not only did he solve the problem that I was having with a leaky kitchen sink, but he told me why the leak started under my sink, and he gave me some good suggestions for future maintenance.

[redacted] not only helped with my repair needs, but is also very personable and explained what he was doing as he did it. He easily gets my recommendation to anyone who asks.

[redacted] and [redacted] recently serviced my a/c and did a thorough job of finding and fixing the refrigerant leak. They explained the work they were doing and corrected the problem. They came back later to make sure the refrigerant was still fully charged. I will ask for [redacted] and [redacted] again when I need my a/c serviced.

[redacted] was wonderful. Very professional. Very personable. Extremely helpful. Very nice guy. Gave explanations to all questions.

[redacted] quickly assessed the situation, came up with a recommendation and completed the work within the estimated period of time.

I scheduled an appt. with [redacted] to repair my sewer pipe. When he tore up my front lawn, I almost had a heart attack, but he did a fantastic job. [redacted] removed a huge root ball, repaired the pipe, and put the yard back in order. When he left, my yard looked just like it did before he came. I was very impressed! Thank you [redacted] for a job wonderfully done!

Please be careful with these guys they are nice and polite, but their pricing is way to high. Shop around and make sure you clarify pricing before calling them out I am writing this review in regards to service they provided for my mother. They definitely took advantage of a single women in crisis she had a simple toilet clog that was a soft clog meaning only paper and waste backing the toilet up. The toilet needed to just be plunge or snaked with a hand held agur and they charged her 230 for this simple job and talked her into their service plan which was another additional charge. Business like this that take advantage of people when they don't feel like they have any option really upsets me. Don't accept service likes this if you don't have to and don't accept that since they already are there you have to pay them. I did call around for others business pricing and it was less than half some plumber offering as low as 70 bucks.

Louie V[redacted] was sent to my home to repair my AC. He was very considerate and I had a positive experience. Although our AC needed to be replaced Louis did everything he could to give us options. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the way of price and efficiency.

Christian Brothers performed a 16pt. Inspection on our 2 AC units. The serviceman, Louie, was very courteous and professional, and informative but not pushy.

The electrician Charles D. wans nice to me and my dog. He fixed my light switch quickly and for less than I expected. He was very clean and professional. He even replaced my plastic cover.

Plumber BillyRay and the Christian Brothers dispatcher were easy to work with and showed great dedication in helping me fix my emergency plumbing problem.

Glenn did a thorough job inspecting our plumbing and made appropriate recommendations. Good personality, courteous, answered all my questions.
