to leave to get parts; we get the job done quickly so you won't be inconvenienced.  We get the customers approval before any work is started, so that our customer has the right to approve or deny the price quoted for that particular job. We also get the customer’s signature accepting the work was done to their satisfaction. We uphold a full disclosure relationship with our customers at all times and do not vary from this policy.

We subscribe to a national pricing service, and based on the phoenix metropolitan area, our prices are about average. There will always be a plumber or a/c technician out there that will quote you a cheaper price; however, you might not be dealing with a bonded, licensed and insured company that will stand behind their work for many years to come. We have been in business for thirty years and our customers can be assured that we will still be around when they have a warranty problem. These other cheaper companies also do not provide their customers with the quality and service that you will receive from Christian Brothers. Some of the “behind the scenes” qualities of a reputable company would be both pre-placement and random drug screening, background checks, weekly training, and hiring the “cream of the crop” service technicians because they will need to be trusted in the customer’s home and they are also expected to fix your problem the first time, so that our customers are not inconvenienced by the problem not being fixed on the first visit. Our technicians respect your home at all times! Before our technicians enter a home, they will put on carpet protectors, roll out their red carpets to protect the floor covering, and leave their work area clean.

Please be careful with these guys they are nice and polite, but their pricing is way to high. Shop around and make sure you clarify pricing before calling them out I am writing this review in regards to service they provided for my mother. They definitely took advantage of a single women in crisis she had a simple toilet clog that was a soft clog meaning only paper and waste backing the toilet up. The toilet needed to just be plunge or snaked with a hand held agur and they charged her 230 for this simple job and talked her into their service plan which was another additional charge. Business like this that take advantage of people when they don't feel like they have any option really upsets me. Don't accept service likes this if you don't have to and don't accept that since they already are there you have to pay them. I did call around for others business pricing and it was less than half some plumber offering as low as 70 bucks.

Each contact with Christian Brothers has been very favorable. From the receptionists to the technicians, we've only experienced professional, helpful people that diagnose and fix any problems we have encountered. We especially appreciate George B. for his knowledge, integrity, and competence. He is so professional and courteous.

We had a problem with the drain on our clothes washing machine. We found Christian Brothers in our Christian Resource guide. The office staff was efficient and courteous. The plumber who helped us was fantastic! He listened to the problem. He listened to the explanation of the plumbing system. He followed through with cleaning the drain and explaining what he was doing as he did it. He followed up by testing the line to make sure the cleaning was effective.

I had the pleasure of having [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] evaluate my heating and air conditioning system. After giving me several options, from repair to replacement, I decided replacement would be the most effective, long-term solution. [redacted] took the time to answer all my questions and helped to find the most economical, long-term solution. [redacted] and [redacted] did an expert installation and thoroughly cleaned the work area when they were finished. They also did a thorough evaluation of how to use the system and offered to answer any questions I had. I appreciate their professional, friendly, clean and courteous service. They did a very professional job and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a problem with the installation of a brand new unit and Christian Brothers sent their top man George to figure out what the problem was. George was persistent and found the problem. Great job!

Mike E[redacted] just did my semi annual AX inspection. He was on time and checked the system out properly. He advised me of a future problem with my coils that where showing some rust. He recommended that I install a surge protector and a Compressor Start Assist. Both were good ideas and I am technically oriented to know that they will prolong the life of my unit. I had him do so. We discussed future work that will need to be done down the road. I have been dealing with Christian Brothers for year both for my home and for my workplace before my retirement. I have never been disappointed.

christian brothers sent Charles Dalmolin to help with my electrical problem he was very considerate, professional and diagnosed the problem and went out of his to get A.P.S.to come out and repair the issue.

I found Mr. B[redacted] a more than knowledgeable technician and a complete gentleman at all time. He had a great personality and was more then helpful with all of mt inquires.

The air conditioner at our main office was just about dead when I called Christian Brothers. George B. was the technician they sent out immediately. He confirmed that it was not worth fixing, so we bought a complete new system from them. George stayed involved with the installation and has followed up several times to be sure we are happy. The air handler was originally installed incorrectly so they had to build multiple brackets and supports that they hadn't planned on. All of this was done for the original price quoted. Fast, clean, professional. Excellent contractor.

Great Company... Great Personnel
This company came to us very highly recommended and we met with their top service manager, Mike E[redacted] and then with a service/sales person, Jon Temper and between the 2 of them we were convinced that we were making the correct decision to replace both of our units for top of the line Carrier units. We ran into a bump during install when both units were placed on our roof with wrong models. I didn't pick up on it until the crane had left and called it to the attention of CB. They immediately ceased everything and within 2 hours had the correct units delivered and the crane back and they stayed until 10:30 that evening completing the install. Everyone is capable of making an error but it is how they deal with it and correct it that defines the culture of that company and CB passed with flying colors... They also cleaned our ducts the next day and all personnel involved were outstanding. Install was ramrodded by Ron M[redacted]... very dedicated, knowledgeable.. his asst was Donny W[redacted] who also did yeoman work. Duct cleaning was done by a young man, Aspen S[redacted] and assisted by Eric. Very clean job and well done. George Banks came in at the end and tied everything up with his spot on assessments of the issues of wiring the new Wi Fi thermostats and his final quality control. Over all AWESOME job and we highly recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their AC's. This also showed us how they will be in the future to deal with as we go forward with the maintenance. Thank You ! By the way, the 2-stage units are working as good if not better than you said they would.

The technician who came to my house was very kind and professional. He explained what services he performed and what recommendations I shoud have done without being pushy. I highly recommend him and Christian Brothers.
