The technician who came to my house was very kind and professional. He explained what services he performed and what recommendations I shoud have done without being pushy. I highly recommend him and Christian Brothers.

Great Company... Great Personnel
This company came to us very highly recommended and we met with their top service manager, Mike E[redacted] and then with a service/sales person, Jon Temper and between the 2 of them we were convinced that we were making the correct decision to replace both of our units for top of the line Carrier units. We ran into a bump during install when both units were placed on our roof with wrong models. I didn't pick up on it until the crane had left and called it to the attention of CB. They immediately ceased everything and within 2 hours had the correct units delivered and the crane back and they stayed until 10:30 that evening completing the install. Everyone is capable of making an error but it is how they deal with it and correct it that defines the culture of that company and CB passed with flying colors... They also cleaned our ducts the next day and all personnel involved were outstanding. Install was ramrodded by Ron M[redacted]... very dedicated, knowledgeable.. his asst was Donny W[redacted] who also did yeoman work. Duct cleaning was done by a young man, Aspen S[redacted] and assisted by Eric. Very clean job and well done. George Banks came in at the end and tied everything up with his spot on assessments of the issues of wiring the new Wi Fi thermostats and his final quality control. Over all AWESOME job and we highly recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their AC's. This also showed us how they will be in the future to deal with as we go forward with the maintenance. Our trucks are stocked like moving warehouses, most companies need to leave to get parts; we get the job done quickly so you won't be inconvenienced. We get the customers approval before any work is started, so that our customer has the right to approve or deny the price quoted for that particular job. We also get the customer’s signature accepting the work was done to their satisfaction. We uphold a full disclosure relationship with our customers at all times and do not vary from this policy.#[redacted] On 7/19/14 Client scheduled appointment for air conditioning not cooling. Technician arrived at [redacted] in the morning and found the unit had a failed voltage regulator, pulling high amperage and low on R-22 refrigerant. The client was offered (4) separate options for repair or replacement and declinedOption #1-LEAK SEARCH, POSSIBLOE LEAK REPAIR, ADD REFRIGERANT, CONDENSOR FAN MOTOR, COND FAN MOTOR VOLTAGE REGULATOR, SERVICE PLAN.Option#2-ADD R-22 REFRIGERANT, CONDENSOR FAN MOTOR, COND FAN MOTOR VOLTAGE REGULATOR, SERVICE PLAN. Option #3- CONDENSOR FAN MOTOR, COND FAN MOTOR VOLTAGE REGULATOR, SERVICE PLAN.Option #4- CONDENSOR FAN MOTOR, COND FAN MOTOR VOLTAGE REGULATOR, NO SERVICE PLAN.#[redacted] Later on 7/19/14 afternoon, client called back for tech to return and chose to proceed with Option # 3 –replace condenser fan motor, condenser fan motor voltage regulator, and a service plan for $1298.00 plus tax. Once onsite, the technician then discounted the repairs, refunded the first visit diagnostic fee, credited $35.00 coupon to a total of $1193.05 plus tax and after the client signed the contract accepting the repairs, the technician proceeded with the accepted repairs.We subscribe to a national pricing service, and based on the phoenix metropolitan area, our prices are about average. There will always be a plumber or a/c technician out there that will quote you a cheaper price; however, you might not be dealing with a bonded, licensed and insured company that will stand behind their work for many years to come. We have been in business for thirty years and our customers can be assured that we will still be around when they have a warranty problem. These other cheaper companies also do not provide their customers with the quality and service that you will receive from Christian Brothers. Some of the “behind the scenes” qualities of a reputable company would be both pre-placement and random drug screening, background checks, weekly training, and hiring the “cream of the crop” service technicians because they will need to be trusted in the customer’s home and they are also expected to fix your problem the first time, so that our customers are not inconvenienced by the problem not being fixed on the first visit. Over Charged. Using their flat rate it cost me over $600 an hour for labor. That's using the $50 coupon I found in the yellow pages. They said they only use the best parts and get them from a Plumbing supply store. The exact same 2 parts are at Home Depot for less then $20 each. Don't get ripped off. Go else where. Call a handy man.

I almost made it through the summer...but my 15 year old a/c unit finally quit on me. Mike arrived quickly which I really appreciated as it was getting hot in here. He was extrexemly polite, professional, and informative.

We called Christian Brothers when our air conditioner died after 20 years of service. The servicemen that worked on installing the new unit were completely professional and did an excellent job and in a timely manner. We did have a problem with the noise that the unit was making and they worked diligently to uncover the reason the unit was noisy. They discovered the problem and fixed it to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company and would give them an excellent reference.

[redacted] was amazing, after having a very hard time getting our AC units working correctly christian brothers sent out [redacted] as a field supervisor and can I say I have nothing but confidence that the job will get and was done correctly.
