[redacted], an ac service specialist from Christian Bros AC Company inspected and did an ac diagnostic on our systems on 6/21/13. We were very pleased with his professionalism and customer service attitude.

Abe was professional, and diligent. Gave good advice and provided information about the exact issues, what it meant to the overall health of the system, and the issue that would be solved.

Jon T[redacted] is a Sales Rep for Christian Brothers Heating/Air Conditioning. He was notified by Mike E[redacted], our Service Rep, that we needed a new unit. Jon responded with-in minutes and was very professional, polite and knowledgable explaining the various types of systems available. The very next morning a Christian Brothers crew was at our home installing a new unit. Thank you for your help Jon, we really appreciate your professionalism.

[redacted]. from Christian Brothers made an appointment with us for the annual maintenance on our water heater. During his appointment, he reviewed all of the plumbing throughout inside and outside of our home. He made a few suggestions of upgrade or maintenance to keep the plumbing from csusing any damage to our home for any reason. He showed and explained each situation - using words that didn't require us to be a plumber! We fully understood! We agreed to have him provide service and change out some portions. He was friendly, focused on plumbing upgrades or changes, explaining, and completed within a few hours!

His explanations and giving us confirmation of highest to lowest priority. Trust truly matters to us and we trust [redacted].

[redacted].came out to look at my backyard hose connection to the faucet. I explained to him my problem and right away he had the solution. He told me what he was going to do and then explained the pricing policy. I ok'ed his quote and he got to work. He repaired the problem hose connection just like he said. He made the entire job look so easy. I was afraid to tackle a problem like that, but he made it look so easy,it probably was something I could have done myself, but not hardly with the ease he did it. Also, he gave me advise on how to repair a leaky drinking water system. The next time I have a plumbing problem, I'll give him a call.

Service rep fixed our AC unit in a timely and competent fashion.

Fantastic Service, [redacted] took care of the backflow testing, and takes care of submitting the paperwork to the city, that is amazing service. [redacted] assisted in getting the protection cages off, and clean up the area before we put the cages back on. He let me know that the unit may not pass next year, so I can be prepared for a rebuild if necessary. [redacted] was quick and efficient, and enjoyable to talk with while working. I have used Christian Brothers for my backflow testing for the past 4 years, it has always been a pleasure, guess thats why I call them back each year. Thanks for the companies dedication to customer satisfaction.

Our technician was thorough and explained each step that he was taking so we were kept in the loop.

Chuck W[redacted] was very polite, professional and done a first rate job on my leaky sink. He done the repairs and cleaned up the area. I appreciate this kind of service. Thank you Mr. W[redacted].

I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled after dealing with plumber Glenn G[redacted] after a recent water line leak. A few weeks ago we sprung a leak in the front yard of the water line that comes into our house - tree roots were the problem. Glenn gave me a quote and told me how long the repair would take. I think he said it would be 3-4 hours and although the original quote was a little higher than I expected, I decided to go ahead and authorize the work. Glenn ran into several problems that cause him to have to work into the night. He worked right through dinner, so I offered to run out and buy him a burger. He left once to run and get a part he needed but other than that, he was there for 8-9 hours! He didn't leave until 9pm, working by a portable work light that he had brought. He didn't charge me any extra and was pleasant throughout! I know he had a family to go home to and he could have said that he'd have to come back out tomorrow, but he didn't. He stayed and finished the job. Thankful that my family got Glenn that night. It's good to see someone that still takes pride in finishing the job and doing it right! Thanks Glenn!

We had a problem with the installation of a brand new unit and Christian Brothers sent their top man George to figure out what the problem was. George was persistent and found the problem. Great job!

[redacted] A. took care of this call. He was very helpful professional and patient! This is an older hame and some of the plumbing had been altered, but he figured it out and made the repair with the most cost efficient option possible. I always call Christian Brothers and this is why. Thank you [redacted]!

James R. was very friendly and courteous! He wore the slip on booties so he would not mark up the carpet, so I was impressed with that. He performed his work in a timely and efficient manner. I am currently renting this home, but will be purchasing in the near future, and would definitely have Christian Brothers back to service our A/C.

Jon T[redacted] explained the procedures for the repairs and was very knowledgable and professional. He was courteous as I asked him questions about the motor voltage regulator and duct cleaning. He had to repeat himself as this was all new to me.

Mike E. did a great job of explaining the details of the repairs and replacement that were needed.

Technician was polite, knowledgable, and very professional. Highly recommend [redacted]!

Over Charged. Using their flat rate it cost me over $600 an hour for labor. That's using the $50 coupon I found in the yellow pages. They said they only use the best parts and get them from a Plumbing supply store. The exact same 2 parts are at Home Depot for less then $20 each. Don't get ripped off. Go else where. Call a handy man.

I called for repairs on my tub faucets and toilet difficulties. My scheduled appointment was for between 10-1. Christian Bros knew I was short on time available. To my surprise they were able to move the appointment back to 7 a.m. Frank Becker arrived right on time and ready to work. He was pleasant, helpful, considerate. He knows his business and goes about it very professional.

George B[redacted] did a great job for us. He was very helpful and courteous.

Excellent service, professional service specialist, first rate from start to finish. I will call them for all my future plumbing or AC needs.
