I had a previously-repaired faucet that had started to leak again w/in a few months. Brian Mcginnis was prompt & checked the previous work order to confirm that it was under warrantee. He re-repaired the faucet in 20-min at no charge & clearly explained what he had done.

My experience with Christian Brothers plumbing was absolutely horrible. I had a very small job that needed to be done, and after a 5 minute walk through the technician quoted me $6192. I realize that you may think "maybe he needed that much work done"....and you would be right to think that....HOWEVER....I followed up with local plumbers and was amazed to find that the work I was being quoted was 5 TIMES the going rate in my area.

Luckily I had done my research and sent the technician away, only paying the service fee of $29....however, I would imagine that this business preys on people who don't know what to do in a time of panic (when plumbing is going wrong in your house), and they take advantage of those who are in need.

Their parts are marked up well beyond market value. I found identical parts online for approximately 1/12th the price. Their labor rates seem to be equal to the rates of having a board certified surgeon work on my house.....and their overall pricing is absolute robbery. EXAMPLE: they wanted to charge me $700 for a brand new toilet......the same toilet at any appliance store or online ran approximately $150.

While I am all for businesses setting their own prices....these guys are taking advantage. Please intervene. Please don't let this business rob people.

If you use this company for anything you must have a ton of money to spare. Their pricing for repairs are at least four times the cost of other services. The last time I called them, they charged $29.95 for a service call. When they got here they wanted over $400 to replace the shutoff valve on my toilet. It is a $10 part at [redacted] or [redacted]. It took 15 minutes for me (an admitted amateur) to replace. Outrageous. I will never call them again. I had used them once before to replace an A/C wall thermostat. I didn't realize at the time, but I was grossly overcharged then as well. Now I know. Get a competitive bid from another service.

Each contact with Christian Brothers has been very favorable. From the receptionists to the technicians, we've only experienced professional, helpful people that diagnose and fix any problems we have encountered. We especially appreciate George B. for his knowledge, integrity, and competence. He is so professional and courteous.

Facing a complete failure of my AC this summer I called Christian Brothers. The telephone contact was friendly and professional. The service technician, Mr. Jamie Norris, did an excellent job. He was fast, competent, and took the time to answer questions about the AC system. A professional.

I'll definitely do business with this company again.

When the hot water shut-off valve under my kitchen sink broke off in my hand and I didn't have the proper tools to replace it, I knew that I needed a professional to come out to do the work. I am very pleased with the work that [redacted] provided, particularly in such a cramped area as under the kitchen sink with the garbage disposal in the way and the extra piping to/from the dishwasher. With his 20 years of experience, he did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up to include installing my new kitchen faucet that was leaking (which is why this project originally started). I had him do that too since he was under the sink anyway. During our conversation, we found that we both had served in the Air Force and he gave me a big discount on the cost. He knows what he is doing, is very professional and friendly. I recommend contacting [redacted] M for any plumbing work to be done. I know I will, should I need help in the future. So often we see reviews that are complaints or dissatisfaction with the level of service or professionalism, therefore, I would like to post regarding my total level of satisfaction regarding Frank Becker and Christian Brothers Plumbing.

My water heater went out so I contacted Christian Brohers plumbing. Frank arrived at 1300 and, although the news Frank delivered was not what I wanted to hear (I needed a new water heater), Frank covered the options and the costs of each option pior to performing any work. Frank explained the time that the job would take.

The removal and replacement took less time that originally stated and the cost was less than the original quote,

Frank was a very pleasant and thoroughly competent worker. Should I need any further plumbing or AC work Christian Brothers will be my first call and I will request Frank if he is available.

Chuck W[redacted] was very friendly and professional. I trusted him so much that I was gone from the house the whole time he and his colleagues worked on the plumbing and electricity. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Every time we use christian brothers it has been a great experience.Today we had [redacted] come out because of a bad thermostat he took his time and explained what was wrong and the options we had.Every technician we have had to our home have been polite ,clean,and very knowledgable in there field of expertise.
