I purchased a Dell XPS from *** in March 28, The computer has problems from the beginning, getting worse and worseI called Dell about one Month ago, the technician guided me to run Diagnosis, but only got blank screenHe then said that the hard drive was not goodHe suggested to exchange a new oneI waited for about two weeks to get the exchange computer, but it even couldn't start upI called Dell, a technician guided me to get the Diagnosis run, got blank screen againIt is a dead computer
I bought the same computer in Jan2016, it had many problems, Dell techinicians could not fix them, I returnedBecause I just thought that I was unlucky to get a bad one, so I bought one agian in March
But the one is bad, and the exchange one is even a dead one, so I lost the confidence on Dell productI asked *** ***, a tech supportor, to get my money backHe passed the case to ***, who is Dell Team manager, on Sept 30thThey set the case number as DELL SU

I have placed an order on 07/(*** ***) and return the product in weeks (approximately 08/15)After that I have had numerous phone call and chat for refund but till today it is not resolvedNone of the customer service have any clue how to refundThey take hours to understand the issue and everyone says at the end "Please trust me that the refund will be processed in hours and I personally monitor it" It never happened till now

I placed my order on 11/28/The original date of delivery was 12/5/Since then it has been changed THREE timesThe latest expected date of delivery is 12/27/Every time I've contacted customer service (both by email and phone), I have been lied to that this next date is for sure going to be the day my order is deliveredI have taken off work TWICE in order to be sure that I could sign for my deliveryI am beyond infuriated with the way Dell's customer service has handled this

I purchased a Samsung inch TV and was shipped the incorrect item.I shipped the wrong merchandise back to Dell and was charged a 15% fee.I was charged $from Dell for shipping me the incorrect item.This was a major inconveince returning this item

In May 2016, I noticed that I was charged the refund amount all over againI contacted the representatives on Facebook, who instructed me to call 1800-283-I spoke with *** #*** who admitted the company issued a credit twice by mistake, but now demands that I pay the overage instead of clearing it from my account
This is an illegal trick to force me to pay the originally refunded amountI should not be forced to pay for the company's errors

New computer from Dell stopped working weeks after the month warrantyI've had numerous calls with support & eventually received a disk with the Windows operating systemInstalling that did not workAfter spending hours on this & calling Dell again for support with the received disk, I was told tech support could not help me because my case was escalated & would have to wait for someone to contact meI wasted additional time on this machine & had hours of lost productivityAs a former IT Director, I know this issue goes beyond a fresh install of the operating systemSince they won't let me send it back for repair & tech support will not assist (both things that are allegedly included in the warranty), I want a refund They sold me a defective machine & I have little expectation that it will function well since it only lasted for weeksThey need to do the right thing

Approximately weeks ago, my Dell Inspirion laptop computer experienced a spontaneous internal crack of the LED board, with no external damage done to the computer I have been trying to have Dell repair my laptop under my warranty, but they refuse stating it is physical damage, therefore not covered by warranty I understand it is physical damage, however, it is internal physical damage, in no way caused by me and is a documented issue with this specific laptop (even so far as to the same location on the screen), and Dell will not make the repairs under warranty The "customer service" I have experienced has been rude, condescending and downright belligerent, with no one willing to resolve my issue This is a known defect in this product,; all I want is my computer repaired and returned to me, without charge

Dell deliberately sold personal computers which did not have sufficient memory space to receive necessary and critical updates from both Dell and the Windows product which was pre-loaded on the computer I have contacted them numerous times to try to resolve this and they promised they would and have not done anything after several months now

We returned a laptop that was purchase on a Dell Financial Services account Dell received the returned merchandise on March 7, The return was properly authorized with a return authorization number from Dell After numerous phone calls inquiring the status of the return I could get no answer I took to facebook and complained on April I got an immediate response saying that they would look in to it and get back to me in 2-business days A whole week later, I was contacted and told that a credit was processed Now to the Dell Financial Services account On April I contacted Dell Financial Services who indicated that there was no credit on file and transfered me back to Dell Customer Support Dell Customer support indicated that there was a credit processed and that I needed to speak with Dell Financial Services So, I called back to Dell Financial Services This time, after minutes of a series of holds, I was told that there was a credit of $1,and that

I paid for NEW Dell Inspiron laptop with Windows & Office H&B
for over months I have complained that the touchpad produced erratic behavior I have sent it to them for repairs twice and it still did not work as a tech saw while remotely viewing my computer
then they sent a replace, used laptop with the wrong system (Win 8.1) the mouse pointer disappears and also freezes on top of that, Microsoft won't let me used the Office software that I bought from Dell because I installed it on the "new" laptop that it sent back to Dell
only after months, they told me they would give me a new computer within the first days I started complaining well before that deadline and many times within that window
now, I have a dysfunctional, old, used laptop and they have my new, used laptop even worse, I have emailed and phone called different tech reps and their support pages and they refuse to respond

I bought a DELL Alienware Rlaptop, which is a high-configuration computerBut the laptop already broke times in this years since I bought it on April , the first times was in October, just after 1-year warranty(factory warranty), I got the computer repaired by paying DELL $for changing the motherboard, then ~month later (March, 2018), the computer broke again, with the same problem--cannot turn on at allThey asked me for another $for changing a motherboard again.I'm not sure if I repaired it again this problem would happen again or not, because I read on their facebook somebody changed times of motherboards in year, so this time I haven't paid the money and let them fix the problem
