On Nov 2015, I ordered/purchased a INSPIRON Series (Intel (R)) -Laptop from DELL I financed the purchase (Over $1,000) with DELL Financial Services Once delivered and set up, the first problem noted at days was the expiration of MS OFFICE I received emails soliciting my purchase of the software, when I had purchased the software to be installed on the laptop when received I contacted DELL Customer Care They acknowledged the discrepancy and proceeded to remotely access the laptop and install the software after hours of engagement
I also noticed that the laptop would not maintain a wireless connection if I left the room with the router I purchased a laptop (versus a desktop) for mobility and traveling purposes This defect completely defeats the purpose of the laptop option I upgraded the router - no success I contacted DELL, the Technician accessed the computer remotely - after hours - the Technician diagnosed a wireless card problem He re

On September 6, 2013, I purchased an Alienware computer from the Dell computer company I do not want to get into specific computer problems, as you may not understand, but the first month the computer was sent to me, the graphics card was badI have a warranty with the computer and they sent a technician out to fix it

I made a purchase back on 11/30/for a laptop with my dell finance account Order # *** I was told I was eligible for 10% store credit back after - hours of my purchase I then contacted dell again on 12/6/(ticket # ***) and was told to wait - more business days due to the holiday back log I then talked on 12/19/(ticket # ***) to another service rep and they stated there was something wrong with the rewards and they would submit it to be fixed I was told then I would hear back in - business days I then talked to someone on 12/28/(ticket # ***) and was told that the previous fix did not work and they had to submit it again for fixing it I was told I would have my rewards within - business days I just spoke with them today 1/5/16, business days later, and was told they had to look into it and it would be another - hours before I would hear anymore

Out of all the major corporations in the world, Dell has by far the worst customer serviceI've had to deal with Comcast, AT&T, AOL, and a slew of other horrible customer service companies and Dell is head and shoulders worse than all of them combinedNot only is their customer service hours only during work hours, you have to speak to someone from India who doesn't care about your situation and will routinely ignore your emails and requests and force you to be on hold for hours while they keep transferring you to other departmentsI understand that businesses need to cut costs to be competitive but Dell clearly doesn't care about its customers if they feel this is okay
