Computer has major sleep/wake issues when closing lid, computer will either not sleep at all and the battery just dies, or the computer will shut itself off after an hour and will have to turn the computer onThere are dozens of Google search results with thousands of customers having this issue since launch dayDell has insisted that a BIOS update, then another BIOS update, then a chipset driver update will solve the issueWell, I am one of the 99% that have had no success in this/these solutionsContacted Dell numerous times via phone/support forums on Dell and Redditwithout any resolutionFor a 1,+ TAX USD computer to have such a major defect from launch day, still without any concrete fix is irresponsible

I recently purchased a TV through dell The product is fine and was delivered as expected The problem is that I was supposed to receive 10% of the purchase price ($399.99) back in store credit as usual with a Dell preferred account purchaseI have not received this credit as I was told I would I have spent approx 10-hours over multiple phone calls trying to resolve this and other problems related to this order Their customer service agents agree that I should have received it and have promised that I would, but have all proven so incompetent and difficult to understand that I have given up trying to resolve this problem through regular channels
