I made a purchase online on 12/11/ I returned the the item and received a returned confirmation email on 12/28/I have been calling the Dell office on numerous occasionsI've called on 1/24/18, 2/21/2018, 2/24/3/12/2018, 3/23/And 3/27/I have spoken to numerous Reps including a supervisorWho stated my returned is being reviewed and then processedAs of today 3/27/2018, I have only received a partial refund only as a Dell creditDell keeps claiming the issue is with my bankI have spoken to my bank on numerous occasions and base on Dell transaction memo a refund was never processDell representatives and supervisors refuse to assist and only repeats what in the their systemAnd has no regards to customer service or care about resolving the issue at hand They have a lack of empathyI have been a Dell customer for a long time and this experience will definitely discourage from ever purchasing from DellI will also vent my dissatisfaction to my family

On 3/26/2016, I purchased a Dell computer, and was not satisfied with the product (order # ***)I called Dell, and advised that I would like to return the item, in exchange for a full $I then returned the item via UPS (tracking# ***), which they received on 4/11/ From there, it has been a nightmare trying to get back my refund I have spent countless hours on the phone with Dell, requesting for a status of my refund, and they keep telling me that it's being processed, and I will receive it soonI tried going disputing through Paypal, which is the source I used as pymentthrough my bank account, but Dell isn't replying to any of their inquiries
I researched this issue on line, and have found that Dell has a reputation for doing this to their customers I am very unhappy to know that they have their product, and my $320.98, while I have nothing You are my only hope in getting this money back Please help

In March 2016, I purchased a Dell Inspiron laptop for close to $and within weeks I was having major issues with it Dell customer service was of no help and I contacted executive office The acknowledged was defective and would not give me refund even though was within day Dell refund policy Instead they sent another new laptop which I reluctantly accepted and now less than months I am again having major issues and Dell customer service again bailed on me and will not resolve it Again executive customer service gets involved and they wont refund my money even though I should qualify as it replaces one that did previously qualify They are not sending me onsite service or the parts I need instead I am getting the run around
