Good Afternoon, We would like to provide more information regarding Case #*** for *** ***, a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”. On March 2, 2017, we notified the Revdex.com we would be providing a detailed resolution to Mr*** by way of letter On March 3, the Revdex.com closed this complaint as unresolved. A detailed response letter with enclosures has been provided to Mr*** via mail on March 23, 2017. We have fully addressed our customer’s concerns and request this complaint status be updated accordingly. Please let me know if you need any further details. On November 30, 2016, we notified the Revdex.com our response was in the final stages of approval and we would be providing a detailed resolution to Ms*** by way of letter, shortly. On December 2, the Revdex.com closed this complaint as unresolved. A detailed response letter with enclosures has been provided to our customer via mail on January 6, 2016. We have fully addressed Ms***’s concerns and request this complaint status be updated accordingly. Please let me know if you need any further details. This correspondence from the company offers me no resolution or explanation of their actionsAs I communicated to "***" when she called me, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 93, Section A protects citizens of the commonwealth from unfair and deceptive business practices, which this bank is clearly engaged in at this time. I refuse to accept the answer provided by the bank, and additionally, I have been offered no insight to the reason that I am effectively unable to access any and all of my money, in case of an emergency or otherwiseIt is appalling and illegal.
