Citizens subverted the Revdex.com process by saying they were investigating when in fact they informed us that they were not going to rectify their fraud They only responded when they were "investigating" leaving us no choice but to reject their solution since none was offered Do not allow them to work the system of your organization In addition, when we closed our account with them we discovered much deeper fraud than we knew about They had opened a savings and overdraft account without our knowledge or consent (*** *** just got in so much trouble for this exact fraud) In addition, the check they wrote us could not be cashed electronically as they their checks don't write out a number box (perhaps we should start charging them $a month for the inconvenience) We were forced to close two loans (including our mortgage) and ALL of the accounts at this bank Every bit of Citizens behavior throughout this process has been underhanded, disrespectful and unlawful and if they are not going to give us our $then the claim is unresolved!

As previously stated in my original complaint, I would like to be refunded $in overdraft fees from Citizens Bank as my account was never in the negativeAttached is a screenshot of my online banking transactions from 12/28/to 12/31/that display my account in the positive and getting charged with overdraft fees regardless

I've been holding off responding back, because I wanted to wait until after I got their response in the mail before I clicked "accept/decline", but it's over a week and I still haven't heard back from them/received anythingAnd if I pushed accept, I wasn't sure if that would have closed my case out, because I'm definitely not happy with how things areAnd then today, my sis had my card so she could deposit money into my account, and the teller put out quite a bit of my information though she showed no id and even let her know that that wasn't her accountSo I'm just not ok with how things are going, and I just want the online banking straightened out and I need the tellers to know what has to be shown before they can give out certain personal information (like account balances/how many accounts people have)

Good Morning, We would like to provide more information regarding Case #*** for *** ***, a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”. On August 20, we received a rebuttal communication from Mr*** in response to our status update stating we were still researching his concerns. On August 30, we provided a second status update explaining we would also be providing a written response to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to which Mr*** communicated a second rebuttal complaint. A detailed resolution has been provided to our customer via mail on September 26, ( Copy attached for your files) We have fully addressed Mr***’s concerns and request this complaint status be updated accordingly.
