I was first contacted by *** on 10/and was told it would take about a week to resolve my problem and agreed to have a follcall no later than 11/I followed up on 11/@ 3:since *** had not contact me, she had no update in fact said she had "no idea" how long it would take but to be patientIn the meantime I am driving a car that I have paid for in full and still don't have a title for itI followed up again today @ 12:and left *** a voice mail but have not received an update. In summary, my issue has not been resolved and the outlook on getting it resolved seems undetermined at this point

The reason for the rejection is that I have not received any correspondence from the business (Citizen Bank) yet after more than two weeksThey have not stopped their unfair charges as specified against us and have not return the deed for our property although we have paid off completely our loan more than months agoThey are fully responsible for any consequence from their actionsRegards,

This is not resolved as agreed uponThe bank stated that they would credit the new check cost after I provided documentation that I called the bank, which was provided and is attached to this caseAfter which, they denied that they would do anything and stated they would not be refunding any feesThis was purely to profit from unsuspecting consumers with the banks giving NO notification to the outstanding balance or chargesThey did not honor their side of the agreement and closed to the account without telling the consumer to raise additional fees
