I had credit card with this company which had sent to several collection agency even after I have settled with them.I have been paying this company as I have agreed for the past monthjust recently when I checked my credit report with *** , I found out this company has been reporting inaccurate balance to the credit bureausi have disputed this falsely reported information with the *** and *** told me the reporting was factual and was reported just as of 2/23/and I need to contact this company .I have tried to contact this company several times and I couldn't get any where I want this company contact all the three credit bureaus and correct all the information reported inaccurately to be corrected immaterially

On October 7, 2014, I closed my checking account at Citizens BankAttached to this account was an overdraft protection of It should have been closed along with a checking accountWell Citizens bank choose to change the overdraft protection account to a "line of credit" with out my knowledgeI am now with another financial institutionI pay my bills on lineEleven months later my credit card company used my old checking accountRather than returning the item "account closed" Citizens bank paid charge using the line of credit and charged me a fee of I started getting harassing telephone calls at all times of the day, weekends and the fee went to Last Saturday the collection department again called looking for a payment of On Tuesday, days later, I received a letter in the mail-now the overdraft was ($in days)Citizens Bank has attacked my account at the credit bureaus where I had a very good rating as you knowMy next move is turning this matter to my Attorney to start a suit and get Citizens Bank off my back as they won't listen to reason
