It is very upsetting that as someone who has had an account for over years with the same bank nothing can be done to help with getting back the money takenAbsolutely no notice was given to me that my entire bank account would be cleared and my rent, bills and food for my family would not be able to be paid and purchasedI have received little to no empathy from Citizen's Bank and I am 100% surprised that the Chairman of Citizen's Bank has no pull in a matter such as thisAnother issue is that *** *** was NEVER a resident at the address listed on the statementHis address is *** *** *** *** *** ** We were separated in April of and the address listed on the final statement was my own personal addressHe did not even know that was my residence.
