They have not responded in writing to our complaint and we had to call multiple times to speak with the person supposedly in charge only to have her state that now that she had everything she would reviewI think from the number and consistency of complaints that this business is only interested in charging fees in any which way that they can and our next complaint will be to a more powerful agency

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] In regards to complaint ***, when speaking with the bank in March I was given several excuses( The amount was incorrect, then the amount was correct and it was a carry over charge, so I asked why it wasn't carried over at the time of the inquiry wasn't brought forwardFirst I was told it was for cash advances from November 2015, I told them that at that point the account had been closed for monthsMrHerbert then told me he did not know that it was my intent to close the accountI have sent you a copy of the cashiers check marked with an * where it stated payoff of the accountThe check was made out to them directlythe check was hand delivered to the branchThey have agreed to a partial payment as per a copy from the Con form protect bureauI would like the full amount for the returned for February and March

The account rep, ***, made a single phone callThere was no ither correspondenceI reached out and left repeated voicemails which were ignored to understand if my account and case had been resolved*** stated that if I sent proof of my telephone correpondence that there would be an adjustment made to *** and a credit for the new checks I had just purchasedUpon doing that, she then informs me that the date I called is too late and that Citizens will be doing nothingThis is a repeated bait and switch for Citizens to make a profit on unjust fees and costs and also negatively effect my creditI have made every effort to resolve and Citizens has repeatedly changed their story, shut down andignored communication and refuses to honor their side if the agreement to resolve this matter.There has been repeated unfair practices and treatment to unknowing consumers purely for Citizens to charge repeated fees and charge offs without the consumer knowingI am requesting a full copy of all communication documentation and any efforts Citizens claimed they made to resolve this issueAlso, please contact my attorney for future correspondence, *** *** ***, ***

Good Afternoon, We would like to provide more information regarding Case #*** for *** ***, a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”. On February 13, we received a rebuttal complaint from Ms***On February 15, we provided a status update stating our response was in the final stages of approval and we would be providing a detailed resolution by way of letter as soon as possible. A detailed response letter has been provided to our customer via mail on February 16, 2018. ( Copy attached for your files) Although the outcome may not have been what Ms*** had hoped for, we feel we have fully addressed this matter and consider this issue resolved.
