I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
Please see written response from Citizens that is not accurate;  and my request for resolution to reopen is due to:Good Day [redacted] and [redacted],We are in receipt of your attached response dated February 22,2017.  There are some errors in the information that were written that we wanted to point out and seek clarification to your assumptions.  [redacted] requested further documentation from the Customer Service department number [redacted] @ 9:22am 3/3/17  and also left a recorded messaged directly for a response on [redacted]’s voicemail [redacted] @ 11:57am 3/3/17. •             You indicate you received a claim dated 2/16/17, which we are assuming this is the Revdex.com Claim submitted by [redacted] since the other claims we have proof of since September 2016 have gone unanswered.  This in FACT was not the first notice please see corresponding documents as well as the three separate credit bureau disputes for this alleged claim.  Correct your findings.•             You advise that there is a signed copy of the “Account Agreement” alleging I am agreeing to terms I know nothing about.  Provide proof in writing of this signed agreement.•             You advise “I agreed to promptly notify you of such errors including unauthorized transaction within a reasonable time period…..this would not exceed 30 calendar days after you sent it to me “ o             Looking for further clarity around what you mean by this statement of “after you sent it to me”  as well requesting a signed copy of my alleged agreement to this statement and terms.•             You advised I agreed that, subject to applicable law, I may not seek any claim against you for such transactions reflected on an account statement I believe are incorrect, alter, forged, unauthorized or improperly paid, unless I have provided written notice of that claim within that time period”   I want my signed agreement of this allegation.  Not only that your statement is vastly vague pertaining to this allegation.  I indeed advised in writing on several separate occasions in which you did nothing about.  I have records of this that I can escalate further to seek counsel. You have not addressed the TCPA violation of harassing  “robo dials” and autodialed calls to my personal cell phone on numerous occasions when in fact this has been in dispute.  I have these records provided by my telephone service provider.  PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW YOU WILL HANDLE THE COUNTLESS AUTODIALS THAT ARE IN VIOLATION OF MY TCPA RIGHTS. PLEASE PROVIDE MY ALLEGED WRITTEN PRIOR EXPRESS CONSENT PER THE FCC .( I CAN PROVIDE MY CELL PHONE BILL PROVIDER TO REQUEST THE FINES AND REQUEST A CHECK PAYABLE FOR THOSE THAT YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF  Telephone Consumer Protection Act 47 U.S.C. § 227SEC. 227. [47 U.S.C. 227] RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT )  ** Violations can yield damages of $500 per violation or actual damages—whichever is greater—with a tripling of damages for willful violations and unlimited class action liability. You did not address your future handling of this alleged debt that I have been disputing for over a year now that is still tarnishing my credit report due to your improper handling.  IT IS MY RIGHT FOR YOU TO UPDATE YOUR NEGATIVE CREDIT REPORTING IMPACT AS FRAUD OR ISSUE A FRAUD ALERT You already have taken in excess of $5400 from my checking account and applied it to a fraudulent instrument against my will, under duress and cannot explain or provide any written proof of this being done or enforced.  IT IS MY RIGHT TO PROVIDE PROOF I AM REQUESTING.
