Good Afternoon, We would like to provide more information regarding Case #*** for *** ***, a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”. On March 10, we mailed our resolution letter with enclosures to Ms*** and also provided an emailed copy of our response to the Pennsylvania Department of Banking. On March 16, the Revdex.com closed this complaint as unresolved. Although the outcome may not have been what Ms*** had hoped for, we feel we have fully addressed this matter and consider this issue resolved. Please update the status of this complaint accordingly. The first case #*** for *** ** was closed by the Revdex.com as unresolved on August 18, We did provide updates on the status of this complaint as still being researched on July 28th and again on August 14, The customer rebutted our in progress update claiming the bank has not made contact.We would like this status updated because the bank has attempted to contact *** ** on several occasions but the telephone number provided is disconnected and the second number we had on file has a constant fast busy signal We are still researching this customer issue and will provide our resolution to *** ** once our research has been completed

Customer response letters were mailed on April 24, and May 27, to address Mr***’s initial complaint letters to the Bank. In addition to the Revdex.com complaints, Mr*** also filed complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office. We responded to the customer and the CFPB, OCC and Revdex.com complaints in writing on July 8, 2015. And, the MA AG complaint on July 9, 2015, also by mailed letters. Additionally, we have had numerous phone conversations with Mr*** during the time period of April thru July 2015. Our position remains the same and we consider this matter closed

The business and I have been playing phone tag, they did not answer my call during biz hours and they left me a message saying they are sending me a letter I guess I will wait for the letter but this issue is not resolved

[It doesn't matter how many letters, lies or excuses this bank providesThe facts are they were supplied with a confirmation of a wire transaction from *** to my checking account and they have failed to apply the money to my accountInstead they closed my account, reported falsely to 3rd party companies that I abused my account and have been nothing but rude and disrespectful during the entire process. ]

Citizens Bank has been informed of this mater four months ago, Mr*** promised my money back numerous time by email, and by phone.Every person I talked to from Citizens Bank agreed to the fact I'm entitled to receive my money back.Please see attached document
