received any response made by the business that they claim they mailed on May 5, 2017 (and it is now May 11) in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I don't know if this is just a way by the business for you to close this matter even if it remains unresolved.
I will continue to wait for this response in the mail. Until then, this continues to be an unresolved case.

The Navient saying that I said a contact but how come it went up $3000. They are not trying to heard my story they just want me to pay this loan. I been though hardship in the last ten years and Navient formally known as Sallie Mae are crooks. All they want is money they don't care about nothing else. [redacted] the office of the Customer Advocate doesn't care about my solution. I would never be able to pay $9000 unless I'm lucky to win the lottery. Navient are con artist........It should be a law against schools and student loans.....

[I do not accept the businesses response. The information provided to me was missing substantial documentation I requested & does not match the records in which Navient is holding me responsible for. If this can not be resolved immediately I am choosing other legal options as well as filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Education as well as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I have reason to believe some of the documents provided were also altered as well as not complete. ]

The response the business provided is inaccurate. The issue has not been resolved. I was TOLD there isn't anything they can do for me since I do NOT have the means to pay them or any stable income at the present moment. They will temporary stop the excessive auto calls for 30 days but not the collections, calls will resume thereafter. Additionally, they aren't able to lower my payments, offer any forbearance nor lower my interest rate. Frankly, this is the same PROBLEM I was having prior to contacting Revdex.com. Yes, they indeed reviewed the matter but couldn't offer any resolution to my dilemma. Last remedy, I was told to wait for account to be in default of the $2711 for me to have other solution to my problem; otherwise, they are going to close my case with Revdex.com. Unfortunately, this is absurd and unbecoming for a private student loan company to not have other solutions for customers that are temporary indigent. This is why consumers file class action lawsuit against Navient. I am not pleased with their review...is their any assistance you can provide me regarding this matter?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me for the time being, however until I have received and reviewed the letter mailed on December 15, 2016 I cannot comment on whether this has resolved any issues. Navient mentioned they directly mailed a letter to me since it contains private information, however they did not respond to my complaint pertaining the treatment I received. Therefore, I will wait for the letter before further commenting.
