Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: As I mentioned in my May 11, this issue has been going on since January, It was only until you contacted them that they took this matter seriously The simple fact is that they refused to work with Citibank (my bank) to credit my account for They have used many excuses to delay crediting this paymentNow it is in the PennyMacs fraud departmentI was told that I would be contacted by the Fraud department on May and once again they did not call me.The fact is that the $was cashed by either PennyMac or Bank of America and no one is taking responsible for this This matter is not resolved!!!! Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I did receive a call from PennyMac after my complaint and the woman confirmed that the correction to the incorrect document had been made and sent out for recording on 1-27-She indicated that it had gone to the County in which I reside and that it would take to days to recordHowever, the County says it only takes day to record from the time they receive it and that they haven't received it (it has now been weeks)I called the contact at PennyMac back to find out if it was possible it was actually sent to a third party vendor to handle the recordingShe was going to check and call me back the next dayI have left two messages but haven't heard back from her yet.Still awaiting resolutionThere has been a lien incorrectly attached to my property for years as a result of PennyMac's document error and it's causing me considerable difficulty!
