Complaint: I am rejecting this response because I have not received any phone calls and/or voice messages from Penny Mac on 7/29/regarding this matter In addition, when I contacted Penny Mac regarding the fees on my account I was told the fees were instituted for photos taken of my home to a ensure the home was not abandoned The reason for these fees are ludicrous and not a business practice I was aware of at all I have not received any mail to date regarding this complaint either If Penny Mac is sending any documents to my via mail as they state, they note within days This complaint will need to be open at least that long or until I receive the documentation Regards, T [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by a K [redacted] on Friday Nov18th and she was goIng to contact me today Nov 21st regarding this! I feel a written response is not acceptable to get back to me regarding this since my payment for Dec is almost due! This issue hopefully will be addressed today but until it is I am following through my complaint! I am at work and should be allowed more than minutes to respond! This nowfor me has taken me away from my Job over hrs plus my husbands job for almost hours when we have sent all the documents proving it was posted and deposited in PennyMac account my bank is willing to fight this all the way as well! Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: This is a generic response that does not address the issue at handWhile a representative of PennyMac did contact me, they simply stated that they would research the issue and get back to me by Thursday January 21, I have yet to hear from themThe fact that the lien remains in effect indicates that they have not resolved the issueThis means that I still cannot refinance my house and the hardship of trying to pay my monthly mortgage remainsInteresting enough is that if I cannot pay my mortgage, PennyMac stands to benefit from their mistake by collecting on the lien that they should have released in June of Regards, G [redacted]
