received a call from Penny Mac the day I filed my complaint hereThey then sent me a letter claiming they had not received formal notification that my uncle had diedI had provided the name and number of the lawyer in charge of the estate more than once Also, according to my aunt (sister to the uncle) who is in contact with the lawyer, the lawyer had contacted PennyMac However, I am just relieved that the harassment seems to be over Thanks for your help

I am unable to accept this response(s) because: I am reluctant to accept the responses for two reasons: I have yet to receive the letter promised explaining their process and why customers are given such a run around and enhanced frustration in times of a catastrophe. The cavalier attitude and wrong information. 2. They (PennyMac) are still in possession of funds that is needed to complete the restoration of our home. There is a strong possibility that more funds will be deposited and until the projects are completed and all funds are disbursed or released back to the mortgagor. If this problem persists or is not resolved where I feel that I can accept it would only result in my filing a second complaint with the Better Business. I would like to say and praise Candy of PennyMac for her professionalism and prompt responses to my complaint. At this time I cannot accept nor would I like for this complaint to be closed.
