Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and allowing PennyMac Loan Services, LLC (“PennyMac”) the opportunity to review and respond to Ms. J[redacted] concerns.PennyMac strives to provide superior customer service and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.  Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, a PennyMac Representative contacted Ms. J[redacted] on July 16, 2015, to discuss her concerns.  Ms. J[redacted] was provided with the name and the direct number of the agent who will handle her concern. A letter of explanation will be sent to Ms. J[redacted] under separate cover.  PennyMac values and protects its customers’ confidential information.  Due to privacy reasons, we will refrain from posting any personal information to the Revdex.com site as we do not disclose our borrowers’ personal information.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11951206, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I received a call from D[redacted] at Penny Mac today, I explained my complaint again and was told the matter would be reviewed with a supervisor. I await their decision, so far I have not seen any activity or internal messages on my loan account page.

I am rejecting this response because:A PennyMac representative has made brief contact and l hope to being able to work with someone able to take ownership of working with me to correctly resolve the problems. Until such time as we're able to make an appointment to discuss and agree a course of action, the issues naturally remain unresolved and it would be premature to close this case.

In addition to sending a detailed, written response to Ms. M[redacted] on September 29, 2015, a PennyMac representative spoke with Ms. M[redacted] on October 7, 2015, and confirmed that her concerns have been addressed.  Ms. M[redacted] has been provided with the direct contact information for the representative assigned to her complaint.
