I recently bought a property from HomeTrust, it was a very fast close, within days Hope and Kelly were great to work with and made sure everything went very smoothly This company operates with honesty and integrity and I would absolutely recommend them to do business with!

My experience with Clearsale was greatI thought they were fair and honestI found out about Clearsale through FacebookI considered different options, but I picked you guys because there was no hassleI didn't have to worry about fixing anything or leaving anythingI didn't have time to deal with inspections and you guys made it greatThis is a really cool thingKelly was so greatThis was one of the best experiences; we'll be able to pay off all our debt and move forward with our lifeI was very satisfied with my experience because their team was friendly and efficientThis is the fastest closing I've had in four dealsThis was the easiest thing I've done in the past two yearsIt was wonderful to meet the owner at the close, because it was a big deal that she took time to meet me

We got a card in the mail and decided to call to inquire about selling our house We spoke to Steve and he offered a good price and we could tell he was straightforward, honest, and NOT a used-car salesman type All communication was clear It's so hard to sell a house after years, but HomeTrust made it easier

HomeTrust treated us with respect He was the first person we contacted, told him we were still looking, it was low pressure Actually no pressure, no pressure at all You did what you said you would do The numbers were as we expected at close

Having received postcard ads from ClearSale by Home Trust, I contacted *** at ###-###-#### to have my name and address removed from their mailing listShe told me that ClearSale works with a third party company for their mailing, and it's illegal for them to remove any name from the mailing list and that there is no way for her to remove my name*** said that I would need to go to my county assessor's office to have my name removed from any mailing list that the assessor's office sharesGiving her the benefit of the doubt, I spoke to the assessor's office and they confirmed that they do not have a mailing list that they share, certainly nothing that I can opt out of, and that the mailing list used by ClearSale must have been taken from public recordsThere seems to be no reason why ClearSale cannot remove my name and address from their mailingsThis is the second time I have contacted ClearSale with the same response from themI have not contacted them about selling my house,

Hometrust has the most relevant website and selection of properties The process went very smoothly working with HomeTrust It was our first purchase with Hometrust and we will use them again

I have been on both the National and State Do-Not-Call lists for yearsDespite this fact, HOMETRUST, LLC has called me repeatedly - and never leaves a messageMost recently I have received calls on 11/03/@ 1:PM and on 11/27/@ 6:PM MSTI have never done business with HOMETRUST, LLC, nor do I ever wish to do soWhy do these people ignore Federal and State law? Again, I've been on the Do-Not-Call lists for yearsWhy should I need to request with them directly that they not call me?

This was our first experience with HomeTrust and we were very pleased with the processWe would use you again and would definitely refer you to others

I would like to assure you that you have been removed from our internal system and we will not be reaching out to you personally However, our mailings are sent out by a third party company and we do not have access to their files There are many realestate and other companies that use public records for their mailing lists...so the best way to settle this once and fall (and for the future) is to go to have your name & address removed from the public records list This is the best route for puttting a stop to all unwanted mail across the board Unfortuanelty, I am not able to do this for you, the county needs to hear from you personally As I said above, you can be assured we have removed you from our internal system I apologize for your frustration

Approximately, months ago, I received mailing from the company that provided no details as to who the company was, just that it was trying to desperately reach me and that I should call their numberThis mailing had an originating address, at leastI called and spoke with ***, who is of course not the owner and he had *** return my callShe assured me I would be removed from the mailing list
I again received another mailing this past Friday with no details about the business contacting meIt was to say at most the most juvenile form of advertising I have ever seen written in permanent marker, stating, HELLO?
