I had a few hospital visits in and received several bills for themAll of them were paid by insurance company except this one I assumedI have been contacting them over the years regarding this bill so I could pay it but I spoke with all the hospitals and departments I visited that year and they have no bills in my nameThey say all were paidI also asked this company to send me a billing statement several times and have yet to receive anythingI have chosen to pay them last because they do not cooperate, I do not know if this is an actual bill anymore, and the continue to add 10% interest to the bill
Also every months they place a new negative collections on my credit report causing my score to dropI need written documentation and I need verification of who and where this bill came from before I start handing over money againThank You

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
*** sent me a itemized list of charges However, nowhere on this document does it show that I owe anyone any money That's the reason for the validation request I would like a copy of the invoice/statement that was sent to me showing me the amount that I am obligated to pay I can't pay something that was never billed or never get to me If a statement/invoice can be produced, I'm more than willing to pay my share And yes, I did send a check in the amount of $on 8/4/15; check #***

I had some health issues and had to see a hospitalAfter a few weeks, I got a ridiculously high bill of services that I did not ask for by the hospitalI went back and forth with the hospital for a few months trying to resolve this issue with themMeanwhile, CRME was trying to collect my duesI told them to give me some more time, so I can resolve my issues with the hospitalThey agreed to allow me some more time, and promised me that it will not get reported to credit bureaus just yet
I ended up paying in full, cause I was not able to resolve it with the hospitalI paid in full before the due date, but they still reported it to the credit bureau as "paid", but still under collectionThis negatively impacted my score and now I am facing issues with my refinance because of a stupid $bill

The consumer received services from the service provider in April of 2010. The consumer had a conversation with the service provider in 2011, prior to the account being assigned to CMREThe consumer was notified by the service provider that ***-*** advised them to bill ***, when

This company is collecting a debt for a hospital visit they allege from They have never sent a collection notice to my addressI actually spoke with someone and they even admitted the collection notices were returned to senderI have an FTC lawyer and now a Debt collection Attorney on retainerI called them times today in order to pursue settling the fictional debt they have on my consumer reportEvery time I call in asking for a supervisor or a specific person I am hung up onA company like this has no right controlling someones financial recordThere were different instances recorded by my attorney and I that they are in direct violation of the lawI will be putting together a class action in the next month if this is not resolvedMy lawyer also has put together multiple instances where they have violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)

Recently, I checked my credit report, and I was disappointed to learn that CMRE had placed a derogatory entry into my credit profile for a ***t that I do not oweI am insured with CHAMPVA, a federal health plan for dependents of veterans with a 100% disabilityCHAMPVA works much like MedicareIf the Provider (provider) of service accepts assignment, the insured cannot be billed for any residualPer the law, once the insurance information has been provided to the provider, the responsibility for filing the insurance claim falls to the Provider not the patientIn addition, the provider has only one year to file the claimIf they do not file the claim, then they cannot claim compensation for the serviceThis is the law! The provider either accepted assignment, or they failed to file within the auspices of the program At the time of service, the provider was given my insurance informationCMRE posted derogatory information in my credit profile with TransUnion and ExperianIn

A Collection account from CMRE Financial has popped up on my Credit report starting late I have never heard of this company, however they claim this account dates back to as listed on the credit reportThis is either a blatant fraudulent and bogus account, or they got the wrong personThis adverse account on my credit is stopping me from being able to refinance a vehicle, which in turn causing me financial loss, considering I am forced to pay more in interest payments

The consumer has accounts assigned to CMREThe first notice was mailed on each in compliance with FDCPA, no mail was returnedThe consumer's did not contact CMRE on the accounts until 01/17/at which time she stated she was aware of the accounts and refused to discuss anything furtherThe
next we heard from the consumer was 08/06/15, she again stated she was aware of the accounts and she hung upOn 06/28/the consumer spoke to Ms*** , the legal department managerShe acknowledged the debts and agreed to payThe consumer paid the two outstanding accounts on 06/30/Ms*** agreed to have the accounts removed to the consumer's credit as a courtesy due to her personal circumstances

I didn't know my account went into collections until it showed on my credit reportCMRE didn't make any attempts to contact me but once I was aware of the issue the account was paid in fullIt's been months since the account was paidI have contacted them numerous times to see when it would come off my credit report & they keep telling me to wait longer for them to update their systemWhen I made the payment I was told it would take 30-days for it to come off my credit report & when I called today for an update I was told to wait another 30-daysI really need this off my credit report I have waiting long enough & tried to get them to take care of it on my own but apparently I need help from the Revdex.com

My minor aged son is and always has been covered by my health insurance and got xrays from *** ***e IllinoisI work for the State of Illinois and although we are charged bi-weekly for our insurance and it is deducted from our paychecks, the State is slow to pay our bills, especially since we did not have a budget for years until this week The Rd Advantage place is fully aware of this situation because I informed them before I took my boy there and they admitted that they already knew about the problem anyway Then they started sending me bills and sent me to collectionI have contacted both parties multiple times and the CMRE refuses to even respond to my emails and just keep my son in collectionThe xray is 100% covered and will be paid

I just responded to a response received from the Credit Company that I filed a complaint against. I left off what I feel is a very important piece of information and I would like to have it added to my response if possible. I have spoke with the Hospital where the bill originated from. My name is NOT on my ex-husbands file as the responsible party. In fact my name is no where in his file at all. It was turned over to CMRE with him as his own responsible party. So you see there is another untruth told. Since this was completely an error on their end, I do not feel that asking for a corrected letter and a letter of apology is unreasonable. Considering everything they have done to try and make out everyone else to be at fault it is the least they can do. I thank you for your help. *** ***

CMRE Financial Services is reporting a collection account for $on both my Experian and TransUnion credit reports I understand that the nature of their business is to report and collect on bad debt; however, I have never went to any *** facilities and had any *** treatments done in which I did not have insurance to cover them I have been insured with *** for almost years consecutively and during the time in question, I also had ***-*** coverage The bill in question is erroneous and CMRE has only provided me with a broken up name of the company and the total that they have added interest toThe original creditor, whom I have been unsuccessful in getting in contact with, never billed neither *** nor ***-***, but has sicked CMRE on me Also it is to my understanding that CMRE has the ability to bill Insurance companies, but again, neither *** nor ***-*** has been billed for any services

I received a bill from CMRE that showed that an account I had with the radiology group at the nearby hospital was in defaultI checked my records for every medical bill that I received and I looked at the different Explanation of Benefits generated by my health insurance for that particular visit to the hospitalI received no bill from a company that CMRE named (Texas Radiology Associates) nor has this company submitted anything to my insuranceI did recieve two separate Explanation of Benefits with LAB/X-RAY charges from two other companies (North Texas Pathology and Tenet Frisco LTD), and those accounts are paid in fullI wrote back to CMRE letting them know they must have made an error and that I am not going to pay them for a past due bill that neither myself nor my insurance have ever heard ofThey simply must be a scam or they have made a mistakeInstead, I get back another letter on much cheaper stock and riddled with spelling mistakes showing what they consider 'proof', which is just a line item that repeats the name of the company and the amount past dueThis company does not appear professional at all, is representing a client I've never head of, and are attempting extortion (threatening my credit score) to collect a bill which doesn't make sense
