We contacted Mr. [redacted] about his account in case [redacted] In the original email we had submitted his account for review for another team and we were waiting to hear back from them. The team had a delay in reviewing the account, but was able to do so and have the restrictions removed from the...

Complaint[redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The are ignoring the real issue here. I purchased ETH. In the app, I processed a 500 dollar purchase of ETH under the ETH option. It did not reject my purchase, it did not say I cant purchase that, it simply took my 500 dollars and purchased something else. This is like going to a store, buying a tv, getting home, and realizing it is a radio. This is not what I input into their app, and it never notified me that it will not be purchasing ETH. I simply found out 9 days later, at delivery, that is purchased something else. I want my purchase reversed and my money refunded if they cannot back date my purchase. The purchase I made would be up 300% if it was processed correctly. I am certain I can take legal action if they refuse to fix THEIR mistake. Again, their app accepted my 500 deposit under the ETH option. It did not reject it, it accepted my money and delivered me something completely different 9 days later.Sincerely,[redacted]
