You may have it in March due to when that's finally they decided to replace the whole sofa instead of sending more parts and trying to fix itI have missed unnecessary days of work, each one was due to a mistake of Coleman and one of the delivery companyThe first one the delivery company cancelled on me after waiting on them for hrsThe second day, Coleman sent the repair part to fix the sofa to some random address I never provided and didn't notice till the tech got to our home and asked if we had the repair part in which Coleman didn't even send it to them neither and nothing was doneI would not say you guys waived anything as a courtesy because its taken over a year to complete an orderIm a Contractor and if I made an agreement with a customer and didn't fulfill my job on the time given or stated I would get liquidating damagesColeman has taken TIMES its advertised delivery dates stated, I will pay the dollar fee when I send you and pay my invoice for the days of missed work and backcharges for Coleman incompetence to fulfill an order right and on time In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] On [redacted] ordered a sofa and a chair with one of our sales agentsOn the order was placed with the manufacturerOm the customer was advised via phone that the merchandise would have an estimated time of arrival of weeksOn the customer was advised that the estimated time of arrival was still mid SeptemberOn the customer was advised via email that the furniture was estimated to ship from the manufacturer at the end of the weekOn the credit card that was provided by the customer for payment was declined and a new credit card was providedOn the customer was emailed that the order was en route to the local delivery hubOn the order was received at the delivery hub where it was determined that the chair was damaged and deemed not deliverable at that timeOn a repair was approved for the delivery hub to bring the chair back to % manufacturer standardsOn the customer was informed of the damage to the chair and advised that Renegade Furniture Group would like to still deliver the sofaOn the delivery hub attempted to call the customer several times to schedule the delivery, unfortunately the number that was provided was not a working numberAn alternative number was provided by the customerOn a new chair was ordered directly from the manufacturer due to the original chair deemed not restorableOn the customer called asking for an update on the chair shipping out, and he was provided with the estimated time of arrival of weeksRenegade Furniture Group recognizes the customer's frustration with the original chair coming in damagedAfter it was deemed not restorable a new one was immediately ordered from the manufacturer Sharon M [redacted] Coleman Furniture

I understand that the process would have been easier if I would have put comments on the initial delivery, but how is it possible to comment on an INTERNAL defect Let's say for example your company delivered a couch with missing springs that went unnoticed at delivery as it's inside the couch, would you not do them a courtesy and fix or replace the part, or would you charge them to replace it? It comes down to ethical business practices and a focus on providing quality, neither of which has been shown by Coleman There should be no doubt about the couch being broken by the buyer as Coleman's repairman stated that both pieces were broken due to defects In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Watch out for the bait and switch…
Watch out for the bait and switch routine with their advertising. I purchase a dinning set with four chairs as it is advertised on their website( ID: ASL-D736-32-ROOM). I also ordered two additional chairs. Upon delivery only four chairs showed up. I was informed by Coleman that I was "confused as the table only come with two chairs" and I bought two more. I informed Coleman of why does it say you get four chairs? They said it's a billing error on the finance company. I said what does the finance company have to do with the way you advertise? They claim the price is in error and now want more money for the two extra chairs. I told them to come pick the merchandise up, and now they are strong arming me into paying return charges and a restocking fee.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: As with other Revdex.com complaints against this Company they often blame the customer In this situation, the couch was delivered and signed off on, but within two weeks a board inside the couch broke loose From the outside, the couch did look fine, but inside it was broken and we had no way to know this There is a hole where the board with staple is punched through and they said they would send me a matching leather panel that could be used for the repair and they have not done so They have also not responded to my last few emails and my request to escalate to a manger to resolve the issue They also sent me a list of people in my area that could repair the couch, and none of the people on the list could actually do the repair Coleman wants me to pick the repair company so if its not repaired correctly they can push it back on me since I chose the repair person This issue is not resolved at this time In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseAs of this date I do not consider this complaint resolved The information provided by Coleman Furniture is accurate so far as they did refund a $to me and they did have a representative from their company call me to schedule a delivery date However, the scheduled delivery date is just that a "scheduled" delivery date In no way is a guarantee of delivery Nor is it a guarantee that the desk, if delivered, will be in new and acceptable condition At this point, I am willing to wait through December [redacted] to see if they actually deliver the product as promised If they deliver the desk on December *** AND it is in excellent condition, then I will consider this issue resolved Either that, or Coleman Furniture can provide me with a refund for the full purchase price of the desk as requested.Additionally, for the record and at their recommendation, my bank continues working through the fraud claim process with this company ?
